Does the upper joint fit flush tight mine won't tighten up flush what am I doing wrong

Did you use a press to get the ball joint all the way flush with the steering knuckle?

if you jacked up the control arm, wouldve been easier to get it out... too much tension on it

I break the fucking new joint bolt in half where . Mercedes you made everything precise, but this place was probably designed by chinese, cause there is no precision and it is hard to see how much to tigthen the bolt with the aligninig pin...
