Just wondering if you just add power to the coil and fuel pump and it will start?

no, its MPI engine. ECU have camshaft / crancshaft position sensors and electronical give signal for spark and fuel injection

I build ut for Maxum 2300sc, It have deep V so water line are hight

@@latrex ok, makes sense as to allow the exhaust pipes to stay above the water line with a deep V hull.
