Six months ago, my sister played this song for me and told me it spoke to her during her cancer battle. Last Saturday I sang it at her funeral. Sometimes life really hurts, but God is still bigger than our sorrow and hurts.

My wife was diagnosed with brain cancer in 2012, six months after we bought our “dream house.” She had surgery that year, and most of the tumor was removed. Since then she has had a feeding tube, radiation, gamma knife procedure and for the past ten months immunotherapy. On September 12, 2021 we were baptized together. I thank God for my wife. I thank God for her doctors, surfeit and nurses. But most of all I thank God for His Son, Jesus. Because of Jesus the only place cancer can take my beautiful wife is Home. If you are struggling, if you are in pain, if you are lost and searching for healing and answers, Jesus is the answer, and He can and will bring you the only peace you will ever need, the only healing that will ever fully and completely remove your pain. If you don’t believe me, ask Him. And if you want someone to pray with you, ask me.
I heard this song over and over and over when my mom was in the hospital and passed away 3 yrs ago, still God is faithful and my hope is only in him, I know I will see my mom one day! 💕
This song is helping me so much. Being chronically ill, living with pain everyday, I kept on thinking I do not trust Jesus enough, because children of God kept on saying things that made me question myself. After I heard this song for the first time last month I broke down in realizing even if I go through illness everyday, it does not mean I do not trust Jesus enough, but I trust that Jesus holds me in His Hands no matter what. Even if I am not healed He still love me. Even if I am not healed I still love Him.
This is my first time hearing this testimony. And Thank you! I’m 38 with Type 1 diabetic since the age of 4. It’s been quite a journey. And Jesus has been with me The whole time. My 5 year old daughter was diagnosed with T1D at 3, and it has been a rough road. Sometimes I feel tired already and wonder how she will feel in 20 or 30 years from now, but Jesus is with her, too, and sometimes I think she has stronger faith than me. Thank you for this song. My grown daughter is hooked on meth and I have spent hours on my knees begging and praying to God to save her. I have given her to him over and over, yelled at him when he didn't answer in my time, pleaded and bargained. Then I heard Even If and it reminded me that no matter what he is the only hope I have and even if he don't save her in my time he is my faith, comfort, and hope. My beautiful daughter started believing that she is a boy 18 months ago. She has become more and more depressed is cutting herself and chronically anxious. Just this past week she was also diagnosed with pots syndrome. Sometimes I feel like I just doesn’t care or there is a curse on my family and on my daughter. I overdosed on pills a few weeks ago which was a horrendously bad choice but I just couldn’t stand the pain anymore. I cry out to God but it seems he is not listening and I feel like my daughter is dying right in front of my eyes.
Several years ago, I went through a breast cancer scare. I had a lumpectomy and everything following, and this song got me through. " I know You're able, and I know you can, but even if you don't..." This song got me through. I had to go through radiation therapy, but I'm still here. "Even if you don't..." My God is still my God!! That was 4 years ago, and my God is still my God!!! He got me through that, and, if you'll let Him, He'll get you through whatever you're going through. Come to Jesus. He loves you so much and He simply wants you to ask. Really, it's that simple. You might have to go through a storm, but He WILL walk with you through it. Give Him a chance.

My now 13-year-old daughter has been battling Medulloblastoma (pediatric brain cancer) for the last 3 years. We've been praying for a miracle but it's looking less and less likely that we'll get it. I so understand this...my son was diagnosed at 15 because of a virus turning his immune system on itself. Today he is a firefighter at almost 32 saving lives and witnessing every chance he gets. Only by drawing nearer to YOU LORD will put them on a path to a glorious one way trip winding upward to YOU where pain is not welcome because the heart will never break anymore. For ONLY YOU UNDERSTANDS our tears since YOU LOOK at the heart, while humans look at the flesh. O LOVE that will not let them go. When they don't have the strength to try, and have cried all they can cry hear their hearts that need YOU more today than yesterday. Fel R I thought I knew what a tough life looked like...I got married very young, was pregnant, & then lost my baby 2 weeks before the wedding. 1-1/2 years later I was pregnant again. My husband rarely worked and debt piled up. I divorced him cuz his priorities were purely selfish; and, I had a newborn who relied on me for everything. I became a single mother before I turned 20 yrs old. Then I met a man who was Christian and 2-1/2 yrs of being together, we got married when my son was 5 yrs old. Things instantly changed just 4 days after we were married. Many forms of "invisible" abuse very slowly began and continued to worsen. 22 years of marriage and constant threats of violence took a toll on me. A friend from church cared about me & after 2 yrs of her asking ehy, I dumped the whole truth about my 2nd husband. She offered me a place to stay, if needed. She taught me what true love is REALLY like. 9/3/2013 I left when he was coming back from his vacation. Then 10/21/2014 my 28 yr old son was hospitalized after many trips and hours of waiting in an ER for 6 weeks. He had pneumonia, a form of MRSA (actually MSSA). My son went through 2 open heart surgeries only 4 mos. apart. The infections were even stronger. The 2nd open heart surgery was 5 days before his 29th birthday & the day after was Mother's day. He didn't care about his bday or Mother's day. But after 9 months in medical care mostly in ICU - or a medical care facility. He suddenly died without any warning on May 27th, 2015. I've struggled through some of the most horrible, painful, and thoughtless comments. This song "Even If" has 2 very important reminders to me. His testimony he gave about this song shows that we all have sufferings and we can turn to lean on God or run away. It also reminds me of what happened to the man who wrote "It is Well". He wrote that song after receiving a telegraph that the ship his wife and 5 (?) daughter's were traveling on went down and he lost ALL of his daughters that day but his wife survived. That is what I hang onto when I am hurting from the death of my only son. Tragedies are awful but we can seek God for comfort or walk away. I chose to seek God for whatever comfort He could give me.
Michelle Brungardt Thank you for your response! I am learning to trust God one day at a time. I finally got honest with myself and cried out to God asking, "Why?" Instead of guilt filling me, I continued "outloud" with all my questions to the One I had been so afraid to question. He reminded me that He remembers that I am dust, and He also reminded me that His ways aren't my ways. I just want Him to use me in the midst of all of this. I don't want this suffering to be in vain.
Read the book of Job and the Psalms of David where he complains and asks God, "Why?". This is real life, real faith, not some sugar-coated perfect life. Stay strong and real.

We prayed for her healing and it seemed as though her health was starting to get better but then all of a sudden she passed away. She has left behind 2 children under two. My heart aches because this was my daughter's best friend!!! We both miss her so much. It aches!!! This song has been a comfort to this family because they are still holding on to Jesus! @@jmoss55ish I've been there too. People came at me saying hope in the Lord, He is with you all the time, but didn't understand the lonliness or going somewhere alone in the flesh. All the Christianese gospel that stomps down the ability to say how lost we feel inside, how empty. Many thoughts of suicide, who's left that will truly miss what I bring to the table, and God brought a counselor into my life who introduced me to God, the Father. I knew Jesus and the Holy Spirit but God the Father was the tyrannical judge, like my earthly Dad. I was sure -- no love there. Then this Fall she made me read The Shack, a book that's been on my shelf for years. And thru that and the moving of the Holy Spirit, I was introduced to God the Father, my Papa, who accepts me with all my inadequacies, shame, and I could finally receive His forgiveness, forgive myself, and for the first time ever I was able to receive the love of the Father. It's changed my life is such an inadequate phrase, but its true. I don't know if you are here, but I felt I needed to respond to your plea. I've said the same words. My life on earth hit a new low, no hope. Nothing has changed in the physical. Just me ... my perspective ... because I'm loved. Really loved. And now I can go on to see how and where He wants to use me.
Grace Bennett, hi, I’m here. I’m so thankful for the blessings you’ve received in coming to our Father, our Abba...our Daddy❤️. I too had to come to a place of having some understanding of a glimpse of His love for me. It was not something I had ever experienced before. I think what I was trying to convey in my first post when I said that I’d come to a place where I knew it wasn’t ever going to get better, which came out wrong, was that I have come to a place of complete content with my lot in life. All the trials, tribulations and loss have been used to make me who I am today and I’m finally comfortable with who I am. I have walked with and watched as several loved ones take their last breath, including our 20yr. old daughter, brother and parents. BUT, I was also blessed to have been used by our Savior to bring each one of them to Him. Due to an auto accident years ago, I continue to struggle with a lot of pain issues which has also affected our income. Aug. ‘16 our 20 yr. old granddaughter died suddenly and the church we had attended for most of her life and had been very involved in, all but abandoned us. Truly, no one called for 3 weeks! When I asked one of my “friends” if I had done something to cause this abandonment, her exact words were “NO Janice! I’m sorry but, your life is too hard for us! Look, I don’t know anyone who praises God more than you do, but I also don’t know anyone that GOD say “NO” to more than He does you! If He says no to you, what is He going to say when we have a real need?” It’s been during this lonely time that I came to realize, that when ALL you have is Jesus, Jesus is ALL you need❤️
I sent this video and testimony to my brother that I ride with in motorcycle club about 4 days ago that was battling cancer,he passed away today and I pray he watched it,god I'm so broken right now but I know he got his wings today and isn't suffering anymore.😭
When I first heard this sing, my son was in the hospital fighting for his life. One Dr said to give him pain maeds and let him die. The other Dr prayed and operated. My son is still alive! Gid answered my prayer and my heart was on its knees during the surgery. I made this my prayer. "God, I know you can heal him, but even if You don't, You are still my God!" My son was given 2 years to live after the surgety. It's been 6 years and he's still here! Living for Jesus. Praise God for His mercy, and for this inspirational song.
Mercy Me: My son has Autism every time that I go to an I.E.P. meeting they do not fail to remind me that he is behind compared to the other children. But, My faith is not in the school or special education services, my faith is in GOD. They said he would not speak when he was younger and speech delayed but it came. They said he would not be affectionate he is the most affectionate person you would ever meet. This song is amazing: Even if my circumstances don't change, Even if I am broken-hearted by circumstances, my faith will not be moved. He is there with me because he is close to those who are broken-hearted. Always determined in moving forward. All that matters my relationship with Jesus Christ.
My first grandchild is 11 and was diagnosed with autism at age 3. She has endured so many struggles and set backs, but like you, she is making great progress and is the most loving child you would ever want to meet. I think sometimes I struggle with it more than she does and have a pity party. I look for God to do great things in her life.

I am a mother of special needs children and I became a special educator because of it. I have been on both sides of that table. Unfortunately the special ed teacher has to show the deficits to prove that your child needs extra services, that said, you should still be able to celebrate the improvement and milestones. I am so sorry that you were told your child would never be able to do things. We don't know for sure what is in the future. I am Christian and I prayed that I would be an instrument in Gods hands that would be able to help my students and my children. Just as you will be guided for your child.
I was watching a video on youtube of a person who found a holistic or homeopathic doctor and they decided to do a MMR detox and the kid start reverting the symptoms of it. Please, do a research on the subject. May Father in heaven keep blessing you.
This is a powerful testimony I need to hear from time to time. I was diagnosed with endometriosis 7 years ago. I wrestle with the knowledge that God can heal me, but for some reason He doesn’t. I don’t know the reason, but I place me hope in Him.
Totally feel you! My endometriosis is so bad I’ve gone through a few surgeries, it’s mentally and physically debilitating. This song brought a whole new meaning for me!
And this song is somewhat represent what the actuall christianity trying to teach us about in God in Sadrakh, Messakh, & Abednego experience when they were thrown into the flame by the king who hate God, my father have a cancer, a pancreatic cancer, it was supposed to be hard to heal since its already on final stage when we find out, but somehow through a miracle the doctor manage to do bypass & he survive & get better after, go to normal again (before when he was ill, he already look like an african people that starving, almost just bone), but two years later it came out again, this time the doctor said it already spread through his lung, stage 4th, i'm still don't have a job due to my mental health illness, germophobic, my brother leave his job that provide at least 900$ a month, my mother already pension, leaving my father alone right now to do the job to feet the family, i'm planning to learn how to ride so that i could ease the burden a bit by becoming a taxi driver, but still that just a plan. Nothing goes along with what we want for all time, but even if i had to loose my father, i just need to still thankful bcoz at least God still give my father chance to survive from that time to this day

I went through stage 3 colon cancer with chemo/radiation and surgery that forever changed me physically and mentally. My thoughts and prayers are with you Jimmy. I have been through the divorce and it's been 7 years still dealing with the torcher that I went through.. and tried to do something really dumb but God saved me from doing that to myself four years ago. This year 2019 I fractured my back But god is my strength and the songs from mercy me and the movie war room.. I have pulled my life back together so dont give up. He won't give up on us.

I been down the road of chronic pain since 1984 after getting hit by a drunk driver, my former wife divorced me 22yrs, but did bless me with 4 kids and the Lord has always helped me, my pain now is low after 10 surgeries on my spine, my pain was 10 plus 6 weeks, as I layed in the hospital waiting for my surgeon, he did a great jod, my neck and arms doesnt hurt anymore, but it was God that gave my Dr, because i seen 5 top rated dr' s and they couldnt find anything wrong, my Dr looked at the same mri's and told me you need 2 surgeries , neck n low back, but now being to me pain free , i want to work now, even now i do have inflammation pain, but its easy to control. But God is good, i was homeless 3yrs ago and now after 90 day in the salavation army, wasnt bad , because im a veteran and they told me about a housing program for vets, Im grateful i never sleeped on the streets! I pray Lord blesses you and gives you peace, Amen

I’m sorry to read this. It’s been 3 years since your post, and I pray that your husband is cured. My husband of 29 years thoroughly recovered from colon cancer. Then he was diagnosed with CLL, the type of leukemia that is treatable but NOT curable. After years and years of fear, anxiety, PTSD with my children, he was legally declared cancer free! I pray for your family and for your husband and that a miracle comes your way. Remember that people are praying and Leukemia can be beaten! I mean this comment and prayers to you with all of my heart.

I just heard you talking about your son being diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at 2 years old. I have been Type 1 for 45 years, diagnosed a month after I turned 13. I remember being in the hospital, after. Couple of hours s nurse walked in with a needle, a vile of water, and an orange. I practiced all day on the orange! The next morning I have myself the first shot! So many things have changed; I have been on a pump for the last 25 years and now have a Dexcom. I will be praying for your son and your family. So thankful that God takes care of us!

Toni, I lived in constant pain for months and laid in bed for months after injuring 2 nerves in my leg. I did my best reading inspirational materials and doing positive imagery, seeing 7 doctors in this time with no lasting results and sometimes making things worse. Finally I followed an inner prodding that took me to a pain doctor who put me on a pain management program that works. Never give up. God is faithful. Nothing can separate you from His love, not even pain, though the way seems murky. Listen in stillness to the inner voice of the Holy Spirit that guides you towards Love. It will lead you where you need to go.
Leslie Ford I have had failed back surgery extensive nerve damage . I now have a neurostimular implanted. So I can walk now. At 50 I sure didn't plan on being disabled .truthfully some days I wonder how long I can endure pain every second of my life. Oct 2 2016 I was re baptized , brought god back into my life. I understand this is gods plan for me , hopefully something amazing will come of all my suffering.
In the Bible it says to rejoice in suffering, not because pain is a wonderful experience, but because it is the way out. Living in comfort does nothing for our eternal souls. Our souls vegetate in that state. But living our lives despite pain forces us to develop into the eternal beings God has planned for us to be. The higher the responsibility you are to have in heaven, the more important your suffering on earth will be for your eternal soul. I questioned whether I wanted to go on too when my pain was at its worst. But I am glad I did go on. I have grown spiritually by leaps and bounds, in ways I never would have without the experience.
Its really easy to praise and worship God when everything in our lives are great, when all our prayers were answered in favor of us but what about if not, will we continue loving and praising God?, will we continue to trust him? This song says it all....its challange the truth inside of us .True believer will continue to love, honor, hope and trust even if God did not heal his sickness or deliver him from trouble. Oh, my if you only knew what this song does for me. We lost our daughter after a very long battle with Leukemia from age 12, in and out of remission, married, had two boys but lost the battle at 25. Always believing she was gonna get her healing. Now we're told my husband has two brain aneurysms. And this song is my testimony. It is well with my soul.Thank you for this song.

Hey Bart, My wife was diagnosed with T1D over 30 years ago as a teenager. Today as a Doctor of Behavioral Health with T1D, who owns her own private practice, she changes the world everyday. Every. Day. She battles this illness everyday while changing lives through therapy and as a professor for 5 different universities! She never let it her down! Almost 2 years ago my dad was murdered in his home. He served God faithfully . There are times I can't help but ask God why he didn't save my dad? But even though I don't have all the answers I know God is good and he is my hope.

My precious husband posted this on his FaceBook page a couple of months before he went to be with the Lord. He had appendiceal cancer and died at 54. I know the lyrics of this song are true. God is faithful but I miss him everyday.

I came upon this song last week when my family decided to do church at home, and it couldn't have come at a better time. I do completely understand what he was saying about people praying for healing for his son. I am disabled, so I have encountered so many people who seem intent on believing that what I want more than anything is to not be. Honestly, it doesn't occur to me to ask for healing, because I feel deep down that isn't going to happen, and that is ok with me. If he heals me, I can be a great witness to whoever saw it or heard of it, for a while. If He doesn't, I can be a witness every day of my life for the rest of my life that God is faithful despite the pains in life, and I can do that simply by smiling. I was not blessed with the ability to walk up to people and start conversations, which can make witnessing hard. Because of my disability, there are so many who come up to me, and I don't mind talking to anyone who starts the conversation first. And yes, sometimes it really sucks when I'm in so much pain I don't want to move or I'm heading back to the hospital for yet another infection in the foot I can't feel. But that is why this song is so great. It reminds me to sing when God doesn't change my circumstances. And it is those moments when I have found that simply choosing to smile is a witness to others. My circumstances right now are harder than I've yet experienced, or it feels that way to me. I'm trying hard not to break. I pray I can continue to praise if/when they don't get easier.
The first time for me to hear this song my daughter had passed on February 7, she was 36, she also was diagnosed at age 8 with rheumatoid arthtris nicole lived each day to its fullest, she had 3 beautiful children. She became sick in October with a brain infection PML, nicole lived each for our Savior. Her favorite song was "It Is Well" and when I heard this song I relate to it because it is so true though my daughter is with Jesus, there was doubt that He could heal her but He had a different plan than us but "Even If" I will still praise Him because I know I will see her again. Sitting in bed listening after battling a 11 years battle of infertility 4 fibroids surgeries... in the last year ADHESION strangling my insides low blood count infusion er and hospital stays just to Preserve my life month after month of my uterus trying to kill me. It is well with my soul. .. even though Hubby and I was praying for our miracle and unshakeable faith in your healing power with the hope of becoming biological parents exhausting all options ... financials and with time running out....it is well with my soul... now after days of my hysterectomy and our dreams of parenting ending ... as we surrender our will to your... this new journey of our small table for two beginning I can say with my full surrendered heart even if you dont... Lord It is well with my soul! You know what's best and I yield to you bringing forth new spiritual fruit through us... because it is well with my soul.
My Grandfather was one of 13 children, and then had 12 of his own. His 3 oldest children, including my Father who was his oldest, died before he did in 2000. My Father was killed by a drunk driver when I was only 2 weeks old at age 25, his brother died of a epelitic seizure combined with a heart attack 10 years later at age 34, and my maternal Aunt died from an Asthma attack in 1997 at the age of 52. The fourth oldest child and son would died in 2004 in a car accident like my Father before my maternal Grandmother would pass in 2009. Two of my Grandparent's children died in infancy, a son, and a twin to my Aunt who died from Asthma, and an Aunt and and Uncle have died within the past two years, leaving 4 of the original 12 children, and my remaining Aunt who is the oldest of the 4 is battling cancer. I saw so many pass from the 13 siblings of my Grandfather with great Uncles and Aunts and their children who were second cousins in the past 28 years. I have struggled with allergies and asthma my whole life, having taken allergy shots from age 6 to 14, and now 3 years ago was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. But for the Saints who went before me amongst my family and friends, which is many now being 50 years of age, their HOPE was always in Jesus, and their hope was NEVER in this world or time which will end where it began in Eternity. All 11 of the apostles died as martyrs as well as the apostle Paul who was beheaded for his faith because while Luke wrote two beautiful appeals in his Gospel and the Book of Acts before Emperor Claudius, when Nero came to power and believed himself to be a god, he had Paul beheaded. My beloved maternal Grandmother who saw so much hurt with the loss of two children in infancy and then her 4 oldest children drying before she did, was great in her faith, and always said, "No one is leaving before their time!" Her great faith told her that her 4 children had not left before their time set by God was up on Earth. Her words help me as I watched beloved relatives and friends die with the passage of time and watch my own parents age and near the age of my Grandparents who were before me. We were found and saved by God to help win souls with the help of the Holy Spirit, and then just like the wheat that dies, it is fruitful leaving yet a future harvest to be reaped after its singular life is over. I am here for the Kingdom of Heaven alone, and Jesus has already won the war on the Cross for our Eternity with Him in the New Heaven (Universe) and New Earth in the Home He has prepared for all of those adopted into the House of Yahweh through the Holy Spirit of Yeshua which is with us symbiotically throughout our lifetime and even after to take us to Heaven. Jesus suffering did not end on the Cross but began anew on the day of Pentecost when the omnipresent God would come through His Holy Spirit to be ONE with every redeemed child who is adopted into the House of Yahweh, to share in all their life, especially their sufferings. When we reach Heaven, we will have nothing but Hallelujahs and Praises and Thankgivings to the Lamb who not only bore our sin and our salvation on the cross, but who came in His Holy Spirit to share the lives of all his children and then walk them home to Eternity! paraclatos/parakletos - counselor/comforter are poor translations - NT GREEK - One who comes alongside to help - imagery is of a parent holding a toddler's hand and helping their child learn to walk. This is what Jesus promised grown men he chose as his disciples when he promised he would not leave them as orphans.
What I have can't be seen. Im bipolar and have anxiety too. This guy and the testimony makes me cry each time I hear it. He's phenomenal and his faith is off the scale praise God. I was lucky enough to get to lead worship in my church for some time, and then my marriage began to unravel, and I experienced the moments that this song represents. Now, two years later, my marriage in shambles, my life a bit of a wreck, Bart and Mercy Me have been able to step in again and show me through the medium that God uses to reach me, music, that even though I have felt and still feel the ugliness of the world enveloping me, He is there. He has always been there, and my hope and my only chance at moving through life is in Him. I imagine that I will never be able to personally thank Mercy Me for the songs that they give to the world to remind us of God's unending love so I will thank them here. Thank you. Thank you for reminding me what sin has helped me to forget, which is that God loves me, and he loves you too. He's always right there. We're the ones that run from Him. These words touch my heart and life every day, 24 hours a day. I have a 24 year old daughter you has a chronic illness that has pretty much left her bed ridden and stays in constant pain most of the time. We love the good days and try to live through the bad days. My daughter was a sophomore at Liberty University when her health started to completely deteriorate. For the last five years all her hopes, dreams and aspirations have been diminished to this point in her life. Not once has she lost hope or stop believing in the one you created her or saved her by giving his only and one son. She has kept me and her mother from crumbling and falling apart. Her strength and faith carries us as well as herself. We know God has the power and authority to heal our daughter, but for some reason it has not happened at this point, but it does not matter because "even If" we are still putting our hope in God. I understand there are many people in worst circumstances than our daughter, I pray for them as well, But I would love to take her place so she would not have to suffer, I know it is not his will for that to happen. When I hear these words, it's very difficult some days to remain positive, keep the faith, and not crumble; BUT it is what we believe in our hearts, We know her has the power, will and might, and even if he doesn't we still put our trust, faith in love in our Savior Jesus Christ. He suffered much more than I can comprehend for my soul, Even If I was not willing to believe he still paid the price for me. Thank you Bart for such encouraging words on those bad days when life does suck! reminding us tomorrow may be better or it may be the same but we are never alone or forsaken.

She is been on this question of WHY ME???, As a father it is very hard not to be able to answer a question honestly, I know the real answer is not why me but WHY NOT ME!!! To a 24 year old it is not acceptable right now!

I've loved the song since I first heard it, but after listening to the testimony I can't stop crying. My 14 year old has 4 diagnosis - bi-polar, adhd, odd, and ocd. Nearly every day is a battle but it's the ones that aren't that give me the strength to keep going and I just pray harder on the bad days. I go to my room and cry until I can't anymore and then pray until I have the strength back to deal with issues that he can't control himself. God is good and I know he can heal my son but even if he doesn't my faith in God will remain strong because I KNOW he will be healed when MY GOD returns!!

This song have been keeping me going for days, my father and I have been separated for 5 years now and throughout those years I’ve been praying to meet him again but earlier this year my parents decided to get divorce so there’s no way my dad would come and visit anymore, at first I was blaming God, and that he didn’t help me but after listening to this song I’ve come to realise that not everything can go the way we want, and I’m still praying about it and hopefully one day I can meet him again♥️♥️
Thank you brother for being very real. The promises are also real. We sometimes mess up in applying them to our circumstances and overworking our imagination in doing so. Healing is not about doing us favors. The huge favor comes in and with having Christ. Sam will have type 1 diabetes for awhile, then because of the grace of God he will NOT have it forever and ever. As you said, trouble is on the way for each one. Healing is always about His glory, not our favor. It is "a" way that God sometimes identifies Himself to people. As He said, even in Naaman's day, there were many lepers, but only one was healed. For me, death is the bad one. It is married to sin; they go together. Death steals absolutely every one you know and love, and then you yourself will struggle for your last breath some day but you won't get it. Of course, what happens after that for believers will be amazing, astonishingly wonderful and beyond "imagination". It is this side of there that death slays everyone you know and at last, you yourself.

This song brings me to tears every single time I hear it. I've been struggling with a chronic illness for 18 years now. It's every second of every day. I've seen over 30 doctors and had countless tests done and nothing can be found which means there's no way for me to get better other than with God. I know he can heal me in an instant, but he doesn't. That's the hardest part.
What a wonderful message! My neice was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at 3 yr old, so I feel for him! She's doing great, after a very rough start. God really is GOOD!

My Son Holden was born with a congenital heart disease Tetralogy of Fallot and Had Open heart surgery at 5 months of age. He is now 18 years of age and needing another open heart surgery, (since he doesn't qualify for an approved cath lab replacement) I knew I loved his song when I first heard it several months ago, but if you listen to this whole video, it is very touching. and I have a new reason to love it so much, God may have chosen not to heal Holden's heart over these last 18 years that I have prayed...., but I choose to believe that “Holden will change the world as a Heart Patient” He can help save more heart patients with this new procedure. Please pray for Holden (and us) as he decides to join in this experimental cath lab procedure to replace his valve! We are waiting on one more heart measurement and then we proceed! He will be 1 of only 15 in the country to undergo this procedure.... He is a champion (always in my book, but now in history!)
in 2007, I was given less than a 25% chance to live through the night.... I've had 4 brain surgeries, 3 spinal surgeries, and a stroke. I'll never be "cured" but thanks to God I'm still here.
im going through a deperate situaction lately ad single mom. i just enter my30s with a tumour and other medical problem . i ask my self why isnt enough already for the last 8years i wish one day to be healtthy and happy however im facing my 12 year old with with health issues . some days i cried deep to my soul but no one is beside me to gave me a hug .iam thankful for this son i felt God touched my heart which is been hard for me because inside of me feels is shatter i even attend church but i havent been able to feel a close encounter .. sometimes its not that i dont want but when your soul is not there its very difficult.. please pray for us
Many years ago I was lost in a false faith, a false light so bright that I couldn't see the darkness I was in. I knew I was so desperately hungry for the truth, but I couldn't seem to find it at any church, or from any speaker, or in the best selling Christisn self-help book. Finally, on a Wednesday night, I went to my church and there was a guest speaker. I can't remember his name, but he was a missionary. His message was just like this, but he titled it real faith vs. hyper-faith...or something like it. I was all ears, the doors of my heart were open wide. The Lord didn't disappoint! This man told the truth from God's word; Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego were real giants of faith, and they dared to say that seemingly faithless word: "if" which was a dirty word in the false faith I was lost in. I started my journey to salvation on that wonderful night, I wish I had had the chance to thank that guest speaker, God used him to help save me from a false and lying faith. Thank you Jesus for rescuing me from the greatest darkness there is, false light. I love you!😍😘
Lord Jesus, I know that I have sinned against you, and that my sins separate me from you. I am truly sorry, I repent of my sins. I now want to turn away from my sinful past, and turn to you for forgiveness. Please forgive me of my sins, and help me avoid sinning again. I believe that you (Jesus Christ), died on a cross for my sins, that you(Jesus)was raised from the dead by God the father on the third day, is now alive, and now hears my prayer. I believe your blood shed on the cross blots out my sins. I invite Jesus to become my Savior and the Lord of my life, to rule and reign in my heart from this day forward.
