Dhebra is mix aata, and they are small round with taal and it's deep fry, thepla is you can make with methi and mix masala and plain parodha is salt and haldi and fry with little oil. So bhumi is right.

Bhumi is right! Thepla are different and are made of atta. Dhebra are with a mix flour and are small and deep fried. We kathiayawadis call them vada too.
