Point clouds are often provided in tiles. This video shows how to merge tiles using the merge tool from the QGIS Processing Toolbox. It also works for irregular and overlapping point cloud layers.
QGIS version: 3.32 Lima
Open data: AHN4 via geotiles.nl/

Sir, quick question. If the las files that I have right now aren't fitted. Does using this process to merge work?

What do you mean with fitted? Points of a point cloud from LiDAR are never on a regular grid. This merge tool will simply combine the points of different layers, no matter the overlap. But both should be in the same coordinate system.

@@HansvanderKwast Yes Sir that is what I am trying to say ☺️. We have 2 overlapping lidar scans and we're trying to fit those using a global mapper but it was no luck.
