I 💝 Merida, Mexico. I've been there this year on vacation for 20 days and it was absolutely incredible. I highly recommend to visit and stay for a few days!😁

Just spent a week in Merida and am ready to go back. The food, the culture, the safety, the friendliness and the weather were what made for a wonderful visit.
Merida has been on my heart since January after I considered Mexico as my next home. I've watched countless videos talking about the extreme heat, mosquitoes, flying cockroaches, and all, and somehow, I'm still being drawn to it. I think I'll go with my gut and continue to research, but it's such a beautiful place. Even despite the heat that people mention often.
@@enriquecamara9775 , I am planning to retire soon and move to Mérida. I have watched dozens of videos and the gringo expats all say the same great things about the wonderful Mérida and Yucatán lifestyle.
SANTOS ACEVEDO don’t be small minded, “best place” is personal perspective, Mexico has many cities and towns worthy of living, but so are many places around the globe 🌎
Everything I'd love, all year round sun, heat, humidity, culture, beauty, I've been to quintana roo, Mexico City, Acapulco etc and its amazing, im trying very hard to make a success of my online business so that I can be free to visit for as long as I want. I can't wait to visit Merida soon! ❤
Asi es.. y Merida en Domingo es hermoso. Musica, cultura, buena cómida ,hermosa arquitectura y lo mejor su bella gente.. Amo Mérida quiero regresar a toda Yucatán.
I just visited Merida 2 days ago and ate at Chaya Maya rest. located steps away from the main plaza. Highly recommend to enjoy such authentic Yucatan cuisine.
so very thankful they could finally reconcile with the Spanish at 1:10 of Expedia's youtube video in 2017. Seriously though: I'd think a company as large and present worldwide as Expedia wouldn't tiptoe around offending conquistadors that have been dead for hundreds of years by now. Spent a month in the Yucatan and cant even justify watching the rest of the video after that claim. A gorgeous church that symbolizes the eventual defeat of the Mayan civilization
I've never heard of this place before, but it looks interesting. For 2018, you should DEFINITELY do the Balkan states, Switzerland, and Scandinavia! And more of Central America and the Caribbean!
@Expedia THUMBNAIL IS NOT MÉRIDA, ITS VALLADOLID - Calle 41 and Iglesia de San Servacio!! My own videos of both Mérida and Valladolid are far more accuarate and lists all you need to see. Watch them and read the video info instead for accurate info.
You can watch my channel for some awsome places and activities in Mexico, mostly from the Yucatán Peninsula. Im still making 4 more videos from Mexico, check them out. :)
