Ever since I discovered you when treeson worked with you I was hoping you push some content your operation is inspiring to say the least so smooth and efficient
After 40 yrs in the business its nice to see a young hard worker, going for it. Enjoy your vids and content. Waiting for our merlo in about a week, looking forward to it. Keep up the good work. Be safe. You have a great group of guys take care of them! Hope to meet sometime . Nick Destito tree services mass.
Heck, I am a retired woman who has no desire to cut down a tree but I think I want one of these machines! Ha It is amazing. I loved this video. Keep making them and I will keep watching.
Ive been doing this work for quite awhile, that is without a doubt the fastest Ive ever seen that many trees done, and you got two jobs done, that second one was amazingly fast, while rudimentary equipment and climber, all day just on that one tree if not a day and a a bit, then cleanup, WOW!!! The amount of weight that Merlo can handle is shocking, it's on the bucket list. Little , if any, lawn disturbance. Nice!
That looked like a half day job for my crew as well ! But we would grind stumps and haul grindings as well ! We have an altec 38-127 , 75 'terex bucket , t595 ctl and morbark m18r. I have had a lot of days where we end up dumping our 35yd chip truck 4 and 5 times as well as 3-4 tri axle grapple trucks of logs with 4 guys and a crane operator. I shoot for a daily minimum of $5k, some days its $12-15k and others its just $2500-3k but $5k is my target. If we are not making $1k + an hr while actually on the we underbid it .
You are an inspiration. Love your enthusiasm. Happy to see you making videos again. I remember watching your videos when I was just starting… used to drool over your stick boom. Now i drool over this. 😂
Wow this thing is awesome. Definitely a tool worth the price tag. 👌 If one of these made its way to my area, it could make a lot of money really quickly. I'd love to get inside this beast.
I’m so happy that Tony was able to come out to see the Merlo in person! It is definitely a dream machine! Maybe Soppa’s Tree Service, Inc. will have one sometime soon! 🌳🪵
That Sc60TX I bought from you last year has been awesome . Gave me a whole new passion and career I love . Been a blast . I saw Tony on the video and looked at my wife I said that guy looks awfully familiar . Sure enough I said that’s the Tony I bought my grinder from .
Once again Reon you succeeded man you are a beast with that Merlot 5035 and your name says it all the name of your company Reon rounds cuz you can go the full 12 rounds but it seems like no matter what job you're on you get to the two round and you knock them out good job champ stay safe keep recording so I can keep watching. God bless
Love a black walnut tree job. Always a nice surprise here in my region of New York. Love that Merlo as well. Def. something to look at for an investment; if it can complement our business.
Dang that machine is the bomb !!! Of course we want more video's.... just need a towel with them to wipe the drool off 🤣 Awesome video Reon and thank you !!! Gotta fly up again SOON... just got back from a weekend in Nashville this afternoon.
It's really a machine made for frozen ground otherwise you could tear up someone's yard in a big hurry. Definitely a machine worth having because it has so many good points. 9 trees in a single day at two different sites. Wow.
I would rather have a yard tore up instead of a roof or climber. But just think of how many trees u will have to take down before u put a dime in your pocket. I do see why we are impressed but at the end of a year I think I would clear more with a 1 ton and dump trailer and a couple hands to drag brush. I could have done the first job easily in 2 days and the second one in the front yard would b easy with out a lift. To much money for a tree company
Now we just need one in Australia 😂 Would it be possible to have some more footage of the Avant in action? How do you compare the grapple to the conventional avant log grab?
3/25/22; Reon, don't know what your investment is...probably the top in the residential, light commercial market for arborist tree felling in the whole USA...!! Wow! Extremely safe, efficient & fast. Great narration & production organization...having 6-7 other arborist on site to watch (in amazement) at incredible 'grab, articulate & spot placement' of heavy large segments of target tree...yup, wanna see more of your videos! August H. gotta be itchin' to get one..? His trees in Oregon art kinda tall...your trees don't seem as tall as his..not sure, just wondering as armchair viewing via GoPro camera eye etc.. But is their a height optimum for your green 'grabber' such that trees in Oregon, August H. area, would not be an ideal match for your size machine? Much enjoy watching your super efficient & safe machine (green grabber) remedy homeowners tree felling needs. Thanks & yes, do more videos on this modern machine.👍👍👍🛠😊🌳
down in arizona we have been getting into the 90's this past week! how is that for spring!!! yes that is an impressive machine but it all depends on if you can get machines to the trees.
That looks like an awesome piece of gear! I suppose the only downfall of that machine would be needing a lot of space to operate. Couldnt work around any overhead wires, and always needs a huge work area. But as long as you have space, this is by far the fastest tree wrecker
Does it come in a larger size lol- other then the rough ride between jobs its a perfect machine for what it does- wish i had one back in 1974 to 1984 lol
Reon, questions for you....since these machines cut your time way down, do you charge less or do you charge more since equipment so expensive? How do you price these jobs vs when you have to climb & rig?
