The coach is the reason Dallas is soft. I coach the demands discipline does so with sterness , respect and gives praise when merited. Thus his players get confidence and will go to war for him.

Hoge looks like he could still play. And if our players buy into Coach Zim’s plans. Because if they do, he’ll definitely improve our Defense. I remember when he finally left here and our D had been pretty good, not great but pretty good. Then he left and the players sucked! It displayed exactly what a great coach he is. Because back then, Jerry didn’t spend a lot of Draft capital on the Defense. Zim should be able to instill some discipline in this damned D!!! And that’s something that’s sorely needed on the team, period. I don’t know why Jerry wants HC who usually has no self-discipline, let alone team discipline.
