This mall doesn’t look dead at all. It’s still got pretty much all its stores except like a couple vacancies. But with Namdar in charge, it’ll get worse. I hope not, but probably. They bought my mall and ruined it too.

Sad to see it in this state. Loved going there in the late 90's and early 2000's. Easton is outdoors so I don't go there much. Polaris is the real competition, just minutes up the same highway and lots of thriving, high end and medium range stores. I hope Tuttle makes it but doesn't seem hopeful

this was the 'fancy' affluent mall when i was a kid... makes me so sad to know its dead, but at least it's still walkable unlike poor city center...

Never mind soon as I heard that simons once had it that’s what hurt it. Every mall Simon owns they run it into the ground then dump it

When I lived in Ohio this mall was the mall. High rental costs, online sales and the pandemic is really hurting malls

It's not the pandemic. It's the online shopping and apps pushed by the retailers.

So many malls in Ohio are dead. What does everyone stay home and shop online.

This area of the country (steel / rust belt) was overmalled. Developers kept building mall after mall on each side and corner of Columbus. As newer malls had the better stores, the older malls died off. Dublin OH has a lot of money, but that money shops at Polaris or Easton mall. The same thing has happened in Pittsburgh and similar cities.
