Thank you for all your explaining! I might have had to watch this for two days and followed your step my step moves 😂but I finally got mine first wreath done.
Kim, I followed your instructions and just finished a Halloween wreath. I am so happy with it! I tried to paste a picture of it into this comment box, but it wouldn’t let me. Anyway, thank you so much for making the instructions so clear and easy to follow.
Beautiful wreath. Love how you explain every single detail as you're doing it. Lord knows I needed a tutorial like this. Thank you so much. And Davis, you're doing a wonderful job video taping the whole tutorial. Love your pauses. Thank you both.
You did AMAZING at explaining how to do this. I Made my first wreath, and it turned out BEAUTIFUL! I have always been a little nervous to make one like this, but the way you explained ever step was SO HELPFUL! thank you so very much.
I must say I’m a bit of a crafter myself, however for YEARS I have avoided mesh wreaths too anxious to know where to start!!! Your tutorial was AMAZING! ALSO, a thank you to your son. From the ‘PAUSES’ to the little details you added, I am SO GRATEFUL! Thank you so much. ( I made a few adjustments as I had a 20” and was already using previously purchased mesh and ribbon-oh I, too, have an entire She (Craft) Shed! 😂 But your instructions were so easy to follow it made it no problem to have slightly different materials from the start.)
I just came across your video. What a beautiful wreath! You've explained it so well that I feel like I could make a wreath like this, and I'm not crafty. Thanks for sharing and explaining so well.
This tutorial was so great. I really appreciate how you explain how to do what you are doing and why you are doing it that way. All tutorials should be done with the level of instruction yours are. I made this wreath and it came out beautiful!!
Ive been trying my hand at making wreaths with deco mesh. I came across your video on the internet and I just loved how you explained the process, found it to be easy to follow your directions. Can't wait to try, Thank you and I'm now a fan !! :)
I recently started crafting. Centerpieces but I want to do deco mesh wreaths. You have really helped me to understand the process. It’s not hard, but it takes time. Thank you for sharing! Your wreaths are beautiful! ❤
Absolutely gorgeous, you showed how to make the wreath very easyily. I would love to have a go at making one of these it's just the start up cost of having to buy everything, all the supplies. But I'm definitely gonna watch another, Thank you for making it very understandable. 🥰🇬🇧🌲⛄
Love love this video! The wreath is beautiful and the instructions were clear and concise…especially loved how we can pause the video and come back to it! Well done!❤
I was strolling through the internet to try and get some ideas of how to make 2 wreaths for my church. I was mainly looking to see how the basic mesh wreath was done. I already have my mesh and other ribbons that I want to use along with the centerpieces that I will be using. I came across this video and watched it. I have done some mesh wreaths in the past, but knew I wanted to try and find an easier way. This video was so informative and I loved the way you presented it. Thank you so much for sharing; plus I have already subscribed to your channel. Can't wait to get started on my wreaths. Your new friend Rose from North Carolina. Hope you have a Merry Christmas.
Hi my new friend Rose from North carolina! I am so glad you like the video! I am looking forward to making many more of them. Have a very merry christmas!
I did this for beach themed wreath, though its not full and lush like yours (dollar tree ribbon)i think its cute. Thanks for the easy to follow tutorial♥️
You are very welcome! I would love to see your wreath! I always use Hobby Lobby or Craft Outlet ribbon. I have used Dollar Tree but the quality is not as good
Where did you buy the red and lime green ribbon? Your tutorial on making this Christmas wreath is very easy to follow and I love the combination of colors you use.
Thank you! I think if you buy the three rolls of mesh and four rolls of ribbon you will have enough. The ribbon rolls can be 18 ft or 30 ft and you will have enough for one wreath with some leftover. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask me. I love to help!
Want to do this amazing wreath but on a 14" frame. Can I adjust the numbers to fit? Its so beautiful, but just a little bit too big for what I have in mind. Thanks.
Yes you can do this wreath on a 14-inch. Put six pipe cleaners on the inside and eight on the outside. I have videos how to do this same style on a 14-inch
WOW. You are super creative! Complete newbie here, but I want to make a LSU wreath before football season starts. If my "flowers" will be purple and gold, would you recommend a different shade of purple for the bottom layer?
I have actually made an LSU wreath. Let me see if I can find it. I will see if I can post a picture here or I can send it to you on Facebook if you are on Facebook
Thank you! I would still do your mesh and ribbons at the same exact length as on the 18-inch form. I do my mesh and ribbons the same length on my 14 inch forms
Thank you! I do have a 14-inch video that you can watch and if you want to use two different meshes I would just alternate them and you would use less pipe cleaners. On the 14 inch frame I use six pipe cleaners on the inside and 8 on the outside
Thank you so much! Did you see my other videos where I use a 14-inch wreath form that has the measurements? If not let me know and I can give you all the measurements
Thank you! The only time I have really gotten a lot of fraying was when I used Dollar Tree mesh which I do not use anymore. On this wreath the red I used I think came from Jo-ann's and I did not like the way the ends were fraying. The best mesh I use comes from Hobby Lobby or craft outlet. If I do get fraying I just snip it off with my scissors.
I love watching your tutorials. I've started making a few wreaths and just curious on the base layer. Is this just to help with the fullness of the wreath? Trying to keep expenses down can these also be made without the base layer? 🙂
Thank you so much! Yes you can make it without the base layer. It will just be a thinner wreath but that is totally fine. I might try that myself sometime and see how it looks
I have never used a 20 inch but I would say to do 10 on the inside and 12 on the outside for a total of 22 pipe cleaners. How many crossbars are there on a 20 inch wreath form?
Yes you can and I also have a video to show how to make a wreath on a 14-in frame. Please subscribe to my channel and watch that video. It is really good!
