Mesh Weaving Pattern with Weaverbird (Grasshopper Tutorial)

In this video, I show a topological patterning technique using triangles that can be applied to any type of mesh form. You will need weaverbird tools to join the patterns and give them thicknesses and offsets. You can download weaverbird from the link below:

Thanks a lot! I think the algorithm is easier and faster, especially to study the discrete unit of traditional weaving pattern through shape grammar principles

Thank you for this video! I followed it to the T and made the final sphere. After trying to apply it to my own geometry the connecter the triangle pattern divides the mesh segments into two triangles and then makes the weave only on half of the face. Do you know what I may have done wrong? I literally only adjusted sliders yet I think one or more of the nodes must have been corrupted somehow :(
