Serendipity....ive been searching for a bias wrap for weeks and nothing grabbed me.....this is the one! Thank you for this amazing gift. Im going to try this in mohair/silk.....
Oh, wow! I love those so much! I am not a big-shawl-persone, but I really want this mesmerising one in my wardrobe! This design will also look amazing in a plain colour aswell. And the second one! 😍❤️ I will make them both! Stephen, this time you totally converted me into a shawl-persone 🥰
The mermaid shawl is pretty but I love the dip stitch so much that the Treasure Trove would be my first choice. Shades of turquoise and purple are my favorite colors!
I got the Treasure Trove Wrap and five great colours from my LYS and am looking to start it as soon as I finish the other four WestKnits designs I have in my WIP bag!
I'll have to learn the dip stitch definitely! Love these! I love the shape of the wrap! I tend to make more of that style so I can tie them around under my coat in the winter.
Absolutely love it. This is the first Yarn. I have purchased this year. I’ve been trying to be really good and only use from my stash. But of course you forced me to buy it. Lol.
How appropriate, I am listening to Amberwell by D.E Stevenson and there is a scene where the family builds a lovely fountain with a Mermaid as the centre piece of this fountain. So will just have to buy this wonderful pattern. 😊 and will check out your kit. Thanks again
I love all the dip stitch patterns you've taught me. I love how this dip stitch looks on my last years MKAL shawl. That Treasure Trove Wrap looks like a most awesome project to use up a 24 colour Advent set. I'm surely not the only one who has a skein of yarn in stash that is almost only 2 colours, which is hard to find a project for due to how the colours pool when knitting it. I'm thinking it will be perfect to work around after using it for the band of dip stitches in the Mesmerizing Mermaid shawl.
