How to trap/catch floats in stranded knitting on the knit and the purl side 

You might want to trap floats when the pattern has a long run of one color.
The technique is used at the center of the run every 4 to 6 stitches.
I will show you the techniques by knitting flat.
B) and C) on the knit side are able to be used for knitting in the round as well.
