I've been following Bashar for about 10yrs now. His teachings have completely changed my life in ways no other religion or discipline ever did. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Darryl/Bashar and thank you, Jason, for sharing this with the world. ❤❤❤

This feels so true to me. I have always felt like I came from somewhere far more advanced than earth and questioned everything as a child. I went to an exhibit around ancient Egypt and had a download that looked like a scene from Star Wars with humans and aliens (with advanced technology) working together in ancient Egypt.

8 signs of a trauma bond - 1. They are outwardly charming 2. They are emotionally unpredictable/unavailable 3. They take their problems out on you 4. They isolate you from other loved ones 5. You minimize the consequences of their behavior on you 6. You constantly make excuses for them 7. You are becoming more emotionally detached/numb 8. You are hiding aspects of your relationship with others. You know something is wrong.

Traits that predict and cause illness: 1. Automatic concern for other people's (emotional) needs above your own 2. A rigid identification with duty, role, and responsibility 3. Repressed (and/or suppressed) emotions 4. (Self-limiting) beliefs: 5. Responsibility for other people's emotions 6. "I must NEVER disappoint ANYONE..." So, When there’s a disagreement, when I need to say YES or when I need to say NO, when I need to state my needs, and ask for them to be met... When I need to create boundaries... There's a possibility and a probability, that someone will inevitably, most likely, be disappointed in me... So I engage in every encounter, interaction, and relationship... In a way that ensures, that the person disappointed in me... NEVER ends up being me! I aim to never repress, never suppress. I aim to never lose parts of myself. Radical honesty only: 100% of the time. Always, all ways. I NO LONGER HAVE MY VOICE SILENCED. I ROAR!!! ‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼

Thank you Darryl and Bashar, for sharing your perspective in such a natural, kind and loving way. When I have heard of aliens breathing with human race before, I never thougt that I myself could be one descendant from it, so I got angry with these alien beings for doing this, and also had som consern or even fear of these new creations which now is part of me!? It's actually more unimaginal to see myself living as Bigfoot, although I'm sure that is a great life too! At least they look amazing! Even if your story would be wrong, it truly made me more acceptable to it and less angry or judgemental. Thank you for that!
