Well for a fact that he do all these things very fluently and accurately on a speed of an average 19kmph to 32 kmph with also keeping his balance against powerful defenders and changing his pace quickly is very very outstanding. People always say in my region that the things Messi do everyone can do it,they don't even accept this as dribbling.

You're abosoulutely correct .....it depends on your nation and where you live. If you're lodged in a county full of passioned people towards football you're lucky . If you're living in a county that has no passion towards football , then unfortunately being qualified to sign a pro contract is very rare .....that was the reason most of the hidden talents are not yet unleashed to the world .....anyway congrats for your career ...love from Sri Lanka
