The part about Cain reminded me of John 1:11: "He came to His own people, and even they rejected Him."

Have you also noticed that the Lord Jesus Christ comes from the genealogy of Seth, whom Eve said at his birth: “God has granted me another child in place of Abel, since Cain killed him.” ? So Jesus Christ comes from Seth, who is a replacement of Abel who was made right with the Lord, not from Cain who did wrong to the Lord. Amazing.

When it refers to God in the plural sense it means plurals of majesty. God has many manifestations: He manifested Himself as the Father of creation, the Son in redemption and the Holy Spirit in regeneration. 3 manifestations ( not persons) of the self-same God!!! Jesus Christ is the Everlasting Father(Isaiah 9:6; John 10:30; 14:9-11)

Lord Jesus/Yeshua thank you for dying for all of us and rising to justify us before God forever. Thank you for speaking before hand and from the very beginning what You would do to redeem us back to God, thank You for the great cloud of witnesses and for courage to persevere in faith until the day we see You face to face and forever❤️

Also “without form and void” is a picture of a person BEFORE salvation. And the Spirit hovers over the person as he’s being convicted.

Excellent. God, Supreme, manifested Himself in many ways. Ark of the Covenant, Cloud, Fire, etc. He can do anything! Praise His holy name! He reconciled the world to Himself!!! Man couldn’t do this great work, so He had to lower himself and take on flesh and dwell with us and teach us His ways and become the final sacrifice; the perfect Lamb of God without blemish. I am so thankful that He loved us so much that He redeemed us.

If we were made in His Image only partially, why then would the plural ‘Elohim’ be said as the image to be made from? Elohim said, ‘Let us make man in OUR image.” It wasn’t solely singular YHWH’s image that man was made in but in ‘OUR/ELOHIM’S’ image. Follow the antecedents. Therefore, man was made in plurality-soul, spirit, body/physical being-just as Elohim was plural but One. But being Creator of Everything That Exists, He can easily separate Himself out into those Three individually. He proves He can by even having us be able to do it. Think of when people die. What happens to the soul of a person when s/he dies? It departs! How about with Elisha...how was his spirit present watching his servant Gehazi defraud Naaman? ...Because God gifted him with the ability to do that as a prophet in order to be a witness with God of that wrong. So He can be separated out even individually yet still be one, just as we can also.

Uni = One Verse = A spoken sentence Universe clearly means, a sentence spoken. Such a beautiful word.

Hi, as far as God’s attitude toward Cain and Abel is concerned, I can’t read Hebrew but when I check the « Strongs » notes, they indicate the same verb (Shaah, with the Qal radical) for both actions « respected » and « didn’t respect ». There is no mention of a verb using the letters Yod, Shin, Ayin… How can the texts be so different? Thanks for your attention.

Thank you this was so good! I have often ignored the story of Cain and Abel or rather didn't focus on it because of murder. It seemed like such a dark spot but seeing that it correlates did Jesus and the nation of Israel is amazing. And especially about God's mercy. ❤This is really helpful!

I have so enjoyed the teaching in this video. In follow up to go back and study the points made, I looked up the Hebrew words. I need help. I cannot find the connection made by the Hebrew word strongs 8159 sa'a for 'respect' in Gen 4:4 and a primitive root word for Yeshua. Also, the same strongs number, 8159 with a negative is used with Cain's sacrifice in comparison to Abel's sacrifice in my Bible. Where do I find the information about the Hebrew words taught in the video?. Thank you in advance for your help.

Mashah/Moses even mentions the Alayyah (Great Rabbi or Teacher) or "Prophet" in DABARYM | DEUTERONOMY 18:15 & 18. Also "אל" as "EL" in ancient Adamaic Habraya (Hebrew) language was "AL" from "Alaph Lamad"! There was no "E, F, I, O, V, or W". So "אלהים" is not for Elohim. It spells out- "ALHAYAM"! A •laph א L• amad ל HA• y ה YA• d י M• ym ם And in the Ancient Mosaic, Sapharic texts. Rightly dividing the word of truth, the workman(wordsmith?) need not be ashamed... We transmit by words what we understand. If our study is not rooted in salvation and redemption, we will transmit something less. It only makes sense that the story of the first family would portray the whole gospel in a nutshell. It was such a B’rachah to hear you speaking about the first three verses in B'reshit, in fact you used almost the same words and observations that I've been preaching since Yeshua revealed the triune nature to me in these verse. I always had questions about verse one in the Hebrew because of the plural noun (Elohim) and the singular verb (bara). Decades ago I would ask the rabbanim in our shuel why this is written this way; I seemed like Mosheh made a mistake, but Elohim can't make a mistake, I was so confused. The rabbanim would never give me an answer that satisfied me. Then in 1982 Elohim opened my eyes and my heart and I accepted Yeshua. Some years later I was ordained and I still didn't understand this portion. So I fasted and prayed several days and suddenly Yeshua revealed it; it was so simple. Elohim worded verse one this way for a reason. The plurality of His being was united in the singular act of creation. His plurality was truly in the first three verses. In verse two the Ruach haKodesh was obvious, then when I reached verse three and read "And Elohim "said": "Let there be light.'" This was Yeshua speaking His light to become present within the world that it might become suitable for man to dwell in; this is exactly what Yochanan writes about in the first Four verses of the Gospel with his name. "In the beginning was the Davar, and the Davar was with Elohim, and Elohim was the Davar. He was in the beginning with Elohim. All things were made by Him, and without Him was not any thing made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in darkness, and the darkness can not comprehend it." When Elohim speaks in verse Three of B'reshit, this is the Davar who is Yeshua. I have been explaining this as a guest speaker in many churches over the years and many people receive it with joy; but the hardest people the reach with this, among non-Jews, has been seminary graduates. I'm frequently say how they studied Hebrew an I'm completely off base about the Pural noun and singular verb being important. Frequently they say the noun is singular unless it's being used to speak of false gods. Sometimes I say, 'Then how do you deal with the word Elohim in the B'rit Chadashah?' And they say the New Covenant wasn't written in Hebrew. So, rather than argue pointlessly I often let it go. I have studied Rabbinic literature for over 35 plus years and not the New Testament. So everyone stick to the New Testament as much as possible. I believe that your only begotten Son Jesus Christ shed His precious blood on the cross at Calvary and died for my sins, and I am now willing to turn from my sin. You said in the bible that if we confess the Lord our God and believe in our hearts that God raised Jesus from the dead, we shall be saved. Right now I confess Jesus as my Lord.
