What a coincidence. I just got back from helping a neighbor who has breast cancer remove soil from an area next to her driveway with my tractor. Saved a lot of time digging by hand!
I always help people out. I changed my neighbors light bulbs. I took a package to the ups store for another person who is in a wheelchair. I don’t mind taking time to help someone it’s just the way I am.So if someone is in a jam or needs help ask them and it will come back one day some way or another.👊🏼
Sounds like someone needs a AAA membership..lol A Good story and with things getting crazier its getting harder and harder to see stories like this. Anyways, I cant wait to see what the E-ray did. Hopefully, I was able to get an allocation for an E-ray. We will find out in a few days..
That has been the best feel good story of the day , Your attitude in life is going great continue . Message heard loud and clear you absolutely right. 😎
Very cool indeed.... That is how it works sharing caring for others is spiritual and those angels that appear out of nowhere to help you. I will definitely be passing it along. God Speed.
100% agree Andrew, thanks for sharing the story and spreading the word for Karma and good deeds...they do come back to you! I was in the AZ-NM Corvette Caravan to Bowling Green a few weeks ago when the caravan about 50 Vettes at that time, pulled into a rest area, Paducah KY. Parking was spread out, and I was toward the back with another Vette. Went to leave and the Vette near me wouldn't start, 2019 GS from Utah and original battery. 80 yr old couple, opened the hood to check the battery, I said...um, open the hatch. I pulled back the carpet to check if terminals were tight, and that's when I saw AC Delco and asked how old, he said original, I asked what year, he said 2019, so 5+ years old. Anyway, all other cars were leaving and next stop was BG assy plant. They told me to leave and go with the group, but I declined saying I'm not leaving you guys! Found a maintenance guy at the rest stop, got a battery jumper and got them going, but the group was long gone, but taking back roads. I got on the interstate going impound fast, then headed south hoping to catch them and regroup, but doubted I would, being about 25 minutes behind them, but as I approached an intersection of the backroad they were on, I see them and blended in 5th in line, so helping the couple did not cause me any harm, and helped them.
I helped an older gentleman, in his 80’s, recover from a mistake of selling his low milage 2016 Corvette Z06 for only $6k. Guy had been trying to sell it locally, got confused and sold it for only $6k, title was transferred at title office. His daughter visited him that weekend and found out what her father had done by mistake. Being a friend of the family, she contacted me, I got a hold of the buyer and got the deal undone. He ended up getting $61k for the car.
Met Andrew Saturday at the track and he was extremely friendly. I was actually very surprised with how excited and passionate he was to talk about cars; his Eray, the new Z06, and the upcoming ZR1. I would have thought that shop owners would be kind of burnt out talking about cars over and over but Andrew was more enthusiastic than my father and I. All this was while he was in the staging lanes too. It was awesome meeting a TRUE car enthusiast.
That’s a great story from all accounts. Anytime, something opens your eyes like this, it is a personal testament in faith. I am by no means a super religious person, but society has strayed so far from what is seen in His eyes as the right thing. Morals and human decency have been pushed aside in a lot of ways as well. I hope we all can do better. Thanks for sharing.
Something similar happened to me around 22 years ago in N.J i had a flat tire on my way to work and i didn't have a jack, it was a pretty empy road not a lot houses, so i walked like half a mile and i knock on the door of the first house i found, an older guy comes out and i explained what has happened he told me to get in his car, we drove to where my car was, he lift it up and change my tire not letting me help, when he was done i offer him my last 20 dollars it was all i had i was like 22 years Old at the time and he said to me i don't want ur money i want you to pay it forward. Boy those words change me forever and i have done it ever since. sorry for the long text.
nailed it! karma it is! if you put out good vibes, people will show up. It’s just the way it is. It’s weird.. That’s why I subscribed a while ago. I knew you were a good dude from first video. cheers bub
When I'm frustrated, I find it's beneficial to have a distraction and an interaction with another human being. It puts things into perspective for me. I bet you made that kid's day, Andrew. You're acting as an ambassador for the car community, God knows we get enough bad press.
It might just be a me thing, but I always carry a jack and my electric guns with me. I usually throw in a torque wrench to be on the safe side with sockets. So I know I have everything that I might need with me.
Amen brother. Let's all do a little good out there not because we hope something good will come back to us but because that's the right thing to do. I'm sure God and our Lord Jesus Christ would want us to. God Bless all.😇🙏
I am having a problem putting heads and a cam in my car but I need some tools and some cash. I am hoping I can find an angle ! Hint hint ... Don't forget we need more good in the world! 🤣
