The USB C cable included in the package was shorter and looked better, it's designed to be connected on the left side of the Anker battery, not on the top as in the video. Users are suggested to charge the headset and the battery separately, it's indeed not as convenient but better for the protection of the battery. The mind behind of product is comfort, safety, and rest of mind first, not convenience first. That's also the reason we did not provide a magnetic battery as the Bobo because the Anker battery is simply better quality and more rest of mind for something put on the head.
