Shit man.. I heard that voice line clear in my head as the day I heard it, cadence and all. I even remember it being the blue laser Mils that, as far as I know, you never saw after this level.
This game came from the future. It was too damn good and underrated i would put it up there with Cod and Halo. Too bad they didnt treat it like a Cod or Halo.
I loved this game so much as a kid. Finally find this and listening to it makes me miss my endless days of playing this with my brothers for hours on end.

brutalpyro: I have a copy of metal arms for the PS2 and I love it still, you might be able to find a copy on e-bay for like $50.00 or some other ridiculous price. This song was really good, and quite amazing. (Metal arms was HUGELY inspired by the Halo series, I actually played Halo, Halo 2 and Halo 3 after I played metal arms. I totally saw tons of doors and walls in the library and interior of the covenant ships that looked like the ones in metal arms.
ya know ive always had the slightest just the slightest thought that the morbots originated from humans, as they are machines and machine cannot be created by itself, something organic has to come the way for it to come to life. however the zombiebots could prove me wrong, but they all look the same, so how they build themselves could just be an ability that was programmed in them. i dont know, the game makers didnt include backstory for the zombiebots, but still i believe morbotsweremanmad
but not even Sunny D could compare to the awesome pwnege that is metal arms. p.s I wish to get the rights to the game in the future to make a sequel or at least a kick Arse merciless reboot of the game that takes insane to a new level so be patient and see if I can kick the world up the Arse in about 8 years time. (I am serious, I love this game and I'm sick of those games where head-shots are the only things that matter)

that is a smart idea, do you think that maybe the zombie bots couldve been the first race on Iron Star, and went defective, so then the morbots created the droids? and if you think about it, yeah, glitch does have a similar rebuilding mechanism. i heard that the zombie bots were to make a large role in the cancelled next two parts, do u think that glitch couldve been sent to Iron Star to get rid or do something with the zombiebots? idk, these are all just theories. butidothinkhumansmademorbt

Seemed pretty cool and also as a idea as to what the second one was gonna INCULDE as it turns out that Corrosive was glitches brother and it was all a master scheme by the mysterious Morbots(Underground Iron star creators).
and then Exavolts new army becomes too powerful and when not even glitch together with the remaining warriors, all hope seems lost. and then the morbots come to realize that glitch could not destroy the thing the morbots had already foresaw: exavolt taking over what was once glitchs mission to destroy. the zombiebots. and so when glitch alone stands against one last time he fails and as just about exavolt wouldve killed him, the morbots invade and destroy the zombiebots andexavolt,savingdroids

your maybe right, because if you think about it, all the droids have a yellowish color and dr.exavolt is a droid, but is purple. that probably means they did something to him.
So. the people who made metal arms do nothing but call of duty? I would honestly love to see a reboot of the series but knowing they could end up making it more like cod really bothers me :/ but i will have faith. nothing is impossible :3 it could happen. it could be made in secret and then . . . BAM! people like it. activision tries to ban it and then they get lots of hate! or at least that's how i would like it to go :P
Agreed, but activision is too mean to give the rights to anyone. activision, go get bought by a game company, then you'll get a taste of your own medicine! i've had enough with call of duty, they keep on making call of duty games, year after year! Anyone think this too?
ACTUALLY... They put the project on hold. I bet if we could get a large number of people together to contact Blizzard about making a sequel, it just might happen.
***** from the day it came out till now I have this game still in my head I've never played a game that was even close to this back in the days heck I'll still play it now I still have the game but my ps2 is gone :( it had such a great story, physics, wide range of enemies and they were unpredictable, the grunts made me laugh when they're getting hurt, the weapons and the soundtracks were spot on. But at the end when defeating general Corrosive the scientists said "this is not over glitch MU HA HA HA" and flies off. From them till now I'm waiting for a sequel and there's no word for it, I'm deeply upset about it.
