I take mine to a local tool company that sharpens them on a power wheel, once a year.

They are available in LS and RS . Rs would have worked better :-)

In fairness, you are correct that BOTH come in left and right handed models. There is NOTHING wrong with the Lesche, but I like the width, handle, and cost of the Diamond!
