You will never loose using the Zero Mode. I find more stuff at the already hunted fields digging “iffy” targets…..

Donnie carrico slowest response EVER! Sorry. My biggest tip is to try and ignore the vdi. Listen to that audio. I hunt coins jewelry in parks and schools most of the time. Zero. Iron set high 35. Sensitivity set at max or one bar off. ( high emi I lower sensitivity) Good luck. Happy hunting

Digging Canuck I do not think it’s heavier , I haven’t weighed them. It has a little different feel to it, it has a rubberized grip that is better than the AT Pro and I think it gives it a little different feel. I like the grip better. I’m still getting use to the different sound, I think it is better too!!!

I think it will take some getting use to..... It does seem to get a little better depth.... I find myself just watching the screen in all metal mode and not where I'm going or swinging..... I think I also like the zero mode better :)

all metal i would use in a none trashy area but everwhere i go the ground seems to be full of trash

@@martinstreasurehunting One thing I've never understood about someone using a VLF to hunt in all metal mode. If they're going to hunt with no discrimination, why not just use a PI detector and benefit from the extra depth?

@@mrcharlie5938 Those raptors are built like a tank. If someone can bend one under normal use metal detecting, I'll buy them a new one.

There is a RU-vidr with the channel “dirtfishing”. He is where I first saw the Raptor. He broke his. It got a little crack in the blade, the little crack got a little bigger and then it broke. He made a big deal about the lifetime warranty and sent it back to Predator tools. They honored the warranty and sent him back a brand new one.... I’m still trying to wear mine out. Hahahahah
