Looks like a coin someone has drilled a hole in to make a pendant, a foreign coin too

Another great hunt Andrew! I love the Florin, that’s a nice old Threepence and the Ceylon or formerly known as Sri Lankan old coin made into a pendant was a special find🤩 Well done!👍👌
