Metal Detecting the Cape of Storms - GOLD and PLATINUM! 

Well done with your finds. That class is special ..... those must be as scarce as hens teeth on our South African beaches. I haven't ventured out in the storms of the past week but hoping to get swinging in the next day or so. The "Berg" and the "Hoek" both appear to have had sand pushed in rather than removed by the storms... Thanks for posting and keep them coming👍

I used to walk for hours with my brother as a kid through rock pools and on beaches in the Uk, we would sometimes find old musket ball things but mostly it was the old 2 pence pieces and other bits of metal and those old coke can ring pulls that when I was a kid, you rip off from the cans and chuck as they was not connected to the cans like today. So next time you find a few little rings and interesting coins, before you say it is no good, think about my 5 year old freezing little hands gripping dozens of can ring pulls as my tears almost froze up but my brother wanted to continue every time because I was a great little "digger".. Believe me even on your hardest days, it could be worse for you lol Great video, I enjoyed it a lot! Who knows now maybe because I am older, I might get a detector and bits and give this a go myself but in a relaxed way all be it still very interesting way as I would love to I think now.. Mind you I would have to look up German laws and things as I have moved to here now from the UK, but so many interesting places here I would like to try if I can and do, do this.
