For anyone who's confused about how he carved through those Mastiffs (the gorilla-bots) so fast; in Revengeance mode, almost anything will kill you, but in exchange, perfect parries do genuinely disgusting amounts of damage. As in, literally skip entire boss phases kind of damage.

He also missed the special QTE against Armstrong at the end of the main game. If he ever replays the game on Revengeance difficulty then maybe he'll realize he has to do that for the extra damage. Revengeance difficulty itself is pretty unforgiving given that most attacks will depelete your health bar in one hit, which means instant death in the RAY fight at the beginning since you have no upgrades, nanopasto or zandatsu during that chapter even if you already beat the game and have upgraded Raiden (you can still heal through damaged repair units that randomly drop from enemies and Ray's HEMP missiles).

Gosh, I love this game so much. I wish there was something like this again. The OST, the over-the-top story, the "I'm 14 and this is deep"-level philosophy, the gameplay, the goofiness, the HYPE!!! Bayonetta is fun and all, but for me nothing could replicate the feeling I got from this game. Thank you for playing it! Your videos reminded me how much I love this game.

Well it's complicated. Some time ago Kojima was up to write a story and work again with Platinum Games but would do MGRR2 only with them, but at that time Platinum had other things to do. Now Konami (the license holder) doesn't really do games anymore, but has these iconic great ips like Metal Gear, Castlevania and Silent Hill. And Also Kojima is not with them anymore and has sadly not the rights to do Metal Gear, that's why Death Stranding was a new thing from him.

When Khamsin does the axe slam attack which creates the rocks, he loses sight of you, and stands in place looking for you. This begins a sort of mini stealth section in the boss fight, where you can use the rocks he created to sneak behind him for an assassination move, deals a lot of damage

One thing, if you do happen to do a Revengance mode playthrough, when you parry your attacks do a ton of damage as in like one shots 90% of the time. Use that to your advantage.

Here's a little cool thing you can check out if you want. At 6:49, instead of going outside of the building like Mistral orders you to, go *back* to one of the big rooms (it'll have a green objective marker on it iirc) inside. They should've made this part of the main mission to be honest, it's cool asf.

You know, when you parried the overhead axe attack and the rocks formed the field, you could've used the rubble to hide from Khamsin and get a Hunt/Stealth Kill (though in this case it would've done massive damage). A bit disappointed you didn't get it but I am glad you still enjoyed boss battle.

I just remembered a mechanic of playing as wolf. If you lay down and don't move, you'll regen health slowly. It's especially helpful during the boss fight when he sends up those chunks of concrete that you can hide behind. But Moo was playing on Revengence so it might not have mattered too much.

I just came to realize, wolf had his range inhibitors on when he fought Raiden, meaning Mistral watched the whole fight between wolf and Raiden pan out from a distance. I never made that connection until now.

If you end up doing a Revengeance run, i recommend you to get the Fox Blade, despite it being extremely OP enemies on Revengeance are really tough and pack quite a punch, also recommend trying to find all the Endurance Upgrades which can extend your health to a max of 200% which means you can survive about 1 to 2 hits depending of the enemies you're facing

I'm glad you plted this game its one of those Xbox 360 gems that can be overlooked in the hack and slash genre, bayonetta was also made by PlatinumGames and published by Sega. The game was released on January 2010, and is in my opinion a clasic of hack and slach as well as Metal Gear Rising Revengeance. Looking forward to you next video.

Asura's Wrath next? sweet. Revengeance playthrough would be interesting as the game functions a bit different. The main source of dmg are parries as they get a massive dmg buff. The difficulty setting 1 step lower is more difficult overall unless you suck at parries.

if you do play Asuras Warth it, you HAVE to play the dlc too. Is anime/Quick time event heavy and pretty much over the top, (the chapters play like an episodes and do recaps at the begining and a preview at the ending.) so if thats your style, you should definitely give it a shot.
