EVERY FRIGGIN NOTE MISA PLAYS HERE... IS JUST PERFECTION.. And she does this in song after song. Always plays just the right thing for the song ing that moment. Not many player like this , that are constantlly on it ALL THE TIME. Misa is woking her way into the class off , John Entwhistle, JP Jones , Andy Fraser, Chis Squire, all of the 70's. A big call but i believe it to true. Anyone out there with me ???
Imagine being so good at what you do that you have no problem surrounding the drummer and making funny faces at her in an effort to get her off rhythm while performing in front of an audience. That's confidence. Sacramento loves Band-Maid.
It actually makes a lot of sense to watch that concert from start to finish. The energy and the sound pressure are so enormous, and they keep pressing on, song after song. Incredible.
@@VladimirChupin True! I see this concert as a real movie. There's action (a lot! from the get-go), comedy, suspense, emotion and an amazing happy ending. The script? Five stars are born of course.
Gotta' love the wireless setup. You can really see how they get about the stage and connect with each other during the song. MISA gets in the mix with the other girls as they kick ass! This is Akane's post little hat days and she gets to flip her hair so perfectly! I love these awesome ladies and their music! They're just Brilliant! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Definitely one of my 90 favorite Band-Maid songs. If you are going to go into recreating various rigs, an interesting one would be to analyze the differences between Midori and Miyako of Lovebites. Despite being incredibly in synch, they actually have very different approaches to playing and very different tones. I'd love to see you deconstruct that.
One of the thing that I love about Band-Maid is they're have so much fun! It's fun to see thing going on in the background, Kanami watching Miku sing her solo and Akane making goofy faces. And, I love this blu ray and I have to watch it again to see things that I missed on my first watch. And, yep! Freedom is on Spotify.
I read that at one show Kanami made Miku mess up her vocal part at one concert with a prank, so that's why when Miku starts that section you she her looking at Kanami to insure she's not doing any pranking on her.
That suggestion would be cool too! Of course, band maid is annoyingly good at what they do. They really got those catchy chorus that you'll hum and sing to for the next few weeks or months. But. if you listen to them daily like me ohhelpmelord 😂
Yes, I like the suggestion that you have made. For me it would add more to the understanding of music. I was born tone deaf and can only play lead triangle and yes, I auditioned for lead triangle with AC/DC. I did not get the gig.
The studio version of Freedom can be found on their 2016 Brand New Maid album. It's OK as an album track but only comes alive on stage where they add different instrumental breaks at different venues. The lyrics were written by Miku, but the music by Ichiro Iguchi, who has worked with idol groups such as BiS and BiSH, among others.
As a lifetime mediocre guitar player l would be interested. I don't own a PRS, either. I make due with a Strat and an acoustic Fender. Thanks for supporting my favorite hard rock band.
Love your reactions dude! I just ran across your channel, and since I see you've already reacted to some Japanese bands(Unlucky Morpheus being my favorite of those), I have just a few suggestions of my own... 1) Versailles- Faith and Decision 2) Heterogeneous Andead - Automaton 3) Ningen Isu- Life for Sale
The only problem I have with this Shibuya recording is that Kanami's guitar is just barely loud enough. Miku's volume is just as loud or louder at times, and that is a departure from the studio and previous live recordings.
Agree. The mix gets a 6 out of 10. Akane, Miku and Saiki are mic'd up perfectly. Misa and Kanami not so much. The show gets a 14 out of 10, making the disc a 10 out of 10🤘🤘🔥🔥🎸🎸🎙️🎙️😁😁
@@winwinwin282828 Without a doubt I love the atmosphere that the Shibuya concert has. Someday the Japan Post will break it's gridlock and my copy will arrive.
I would love to see how you reproduce Kanami's tone! I played around with Bias FX and Amplitube( still using them) but I found it quite difficult to mimic the tone I want. Looking forward to this!

See this article in Guitar World, www.guitarworld.com/features/band-maids-kanami-tno-a-good-guitar-solo-will-trigger-emotions-i-always-keep-that-in-mind
There are couple of videos on youtube about it already. Unfortunately i don't have the links right now. All i remember, Kanami has a Digitech Drop pedal, so she can play that semi-tone lower in most of their songs
_we're back baby!!_ holy shit, that's a great idea; totally on board. you should also recreate the section yourself ^-^ we'd love to see you cover kanami!
Welcome back to the maid world Tim! 😂 It's really amazing to see how much joy and fun they have playing together on stage! While you are at it, you might react to DICE if you want ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ZpAYnVJX9CY.html
Another channel, "Axe Japan" did a nice breakdown of Kanami's rig. He also did a few cover and tutorials. It's definitely a welcome thing to have more content like that. Plus BAND-MAID has, I believe, 2 booklets out that have their music scores.
SCANDAL from Japan. formed 2007 , 11 albums, touring the planet since 2009, and still in their 20's. They do great live shows, been to US several tours. Their first encore they got was in Seattle when they were still a highschool band playing at Comicon event. give em a spin please . recent single masterpiece > @
The tone recreation would only be in equipment only. True tone come from the fingers. If Steve Vai and I swap rigs, we won't sound like each other, but ourselves playing with the other's gear.
check out Sokoninaru - Reprogram and do a comparison, awesome band very talented and technical and they do play through mvs on their pedals and braking down the song
If they are male, maybe its normal band like usual. But they're all female. The firstime I watch they on youtube, Im shock. I'm was like "what the heck, they all girls!".. Now they are my faveret band..
@@DavidMISAMISAMISACook that much is true. Still, it is positive that we are seeing more female-only or mixed bands. Rock music has been a sausage fest for two long, since some point around the mid-80s.
I don't know a lot about the technology but I've seen her pedals etc and heard explanations of how it works " that I don't understand " and its a fair bit of stuff. I guess it's not all expensive but I bet a lot of it is are you sure this idea is worth the trouble. Iff you could be a reference for people who wanted to do BAND MAID songs that would be great but how many people is that likely to be.
Noise Bando-Maid /,,/ I like reactors who have a lot of knowledge when it comes to music unlike the other racist reactor who rely on a stupid metric score system, were he would chop the score based on your language/nationality which plainly stupid really.
@@GaryHolloway-810 Funny thing there's one person there who is defending him solely, he wants me to apologize to him, I mean the reactor already called me ass clown. Why should I do such a thing, it's funny and ridiculous..
please dont call them metal, they dont care for that, they call themselves hard rock, even though they will draw from any genre to make the song sound right, they always come back to hard rock
