The guitarist is Garrett J. Peters. He's played on some of Dan's other songs & has a RU-vid channel of his own. Btw...he gives guitar lessons/tips so it might be a helpful channel for you while you're learning to play your electric guitar. Dan & Garrett definitely accomplished their goal of turning the saddest song in history into a metal song of triumph over loss.
