Isn't it wonderful that God loves us so much that he gave us Andrae Crouch (who wrote this song) and gave Sissel her phenomenal voice to sing this song that we can all be blessed. I think Sissel is not only a beautiful woman but the greatest singer alive today... maybe the greatest singer to ever live. Her rendition of O Mio Babbino Caro is the best there is, bar none. You say she employs falsetto in her voice range. Usually with falsetto, you can 'see the join' where natural voice switches into it. So here with Kyrkjebo, either her complete voice is falsetto, or it doesn't apply. Like a good wig, you can't see the join here. Also, Siss with her Scandinavian language abilities has done voice-dubbing for Disney characters for films released in those countries.

Sissel is Norwegian not Swedish. She has had a 4 decade long international career and is considered as the world's best crossover soprano. She has had concerts together with the biggest stars within opera, but also a broad range of other stars within the industry. She was singing on the movie Titanic. She was the singer at the opening/closing ceremony at winter olympic ...hence broadcasted all over the world. She has repeated times had concerts with the Tabernacle Choir. She has performed in 12 - 13 different languages around in the world. So she is really something. When it's about your reaction I must say that it can only be an American that can label her singing as Disney-stile. It's almost a offence I would say. ....and there is absolutely nothing theatrical with her singing style. Where do you get that from...???
