Nothing will ever beat their album Crisis... one of the best albums ever written in my opinion.

This songs reminds me Them Crooked Vultures. A Stoner/Desert Rock vibe. I like it. Glad they released something new.

New Alexisonfire and Crystal Lake! Happy Friday everyone!

I’m an Alexisonfire fan from day 1 and I can’t stop listening to Familiar Drugs, it’s actually like a drug at this point (yeah, a familiar one) and it exceded my expectations way more than I could imagine. You lost me when you said you were a fan but couldn’t tell between Dallas and Wade... I guess being a “fan” is just a way of saying you liked a couple of songs lol.

I am watching this before checking out the song lol.

AOF are my all time favourite band ever. This song took a while to grow on me but I'm hooked now. That being said...... 15/2 was a great day and to top it off the amazing crystal album dropped

I wasn't really expecting new music from AOF, but I'm happy they're making music again. That said, I wasn't really into it? It had that kind of... WWE soundtrack vibe to it, and that is so much not my cup of tea, especially when a LOT of post hardcore/metalcore bands have seemingly steered in that sorta "generic numetal" vibe. Eyes Set to Kill ended up there, a lot of the later Of Mice & Men with Austin ended up in that direction, I could go on and I'm sure many of you could too. This comes from someone who _likes_ numetal, but ambiently, it's all very formulaic. It's like Nik said, there's usually something more ethereal about Alexisonfire, and I miss not having that kind of thing there. I think this track would be just fine on the album but as the first representation of new material it's a little worrying. Yeaa.. this didn't do it for me. Hopefully other tracks on the album are a little less.. well, that WWE quality lol.

The amount of distortion added to the screams was distracting and sounded really bad IMO

If you weren't sneaking into small canadian venues in the dead of winter, underage, over ten years ago you have no basis critiquing this song.

I love me some AOF, but this ain’t it, unfortunately. At least Dallas sounded amazing, but that’s a given.

Sounds like Marlyn Manson with Mushroomhead vocals to me, although I like both of those bands I’m not really a fan of Alexisonfire.
