Heres heavy: Practice ascending and descending scales starting with upstroke or downstrokes using 4 notes then 3 notes per string then 4. Then start again with 3 notes per string then 4, then 3. Do arpeggios using strict alternate picking varying starting up or downpicking and adding various extra notes each string, maybe 1, 2, or 3 paying attention to pick direction. Start slow, focus on accuracy and enjoy the new ideas! Last thing: Practice with the amp off.
