Hmmm.... once again, another epic display of skills! (y) ...dude, you missed a couple secrets and point sources at mission 3.... At the first area, several more bomb divers will keep descending near the first wall.... In an older MS3 video you made, you spammed a lotta points from it! Also, at the area before the second dive underwater, by shooting at where the Slug Mariners are floating, a bunch of fresh fish will come out. In the same older video, you exposed that secret. Aaaaand, I like it the way you shoot above the subs... "one bullet at a time"... to get that bird nest and treasure box.... It is indeed a lot easier to do! (y) And at Mission 4, I never thought more Japanese soldiers, and Planes will show up than usual... I didn't see it in my playing experience before because I was rushing forward. Man, that's a lotta points, too! Oh, by the way. I was wondering if you can pilot a Slug Copter at the Final Mission in one of the other soldiers in a next video? It'll be a little trickier, but I know you can pull it off! Overall, pretty good! :D Keep them long play videos coming!

I like to think that the slug mariner and slugnoid was made by morden for some purposes like the mariner was used to monitor the giant electric eels then the slugnoid used to monitor the huge hermit and scout the tower back in MS2.
Always loved the Metal Slug Franchise, never played 3. But my favorite in the franchise is a tie between 4 and the first game, so many quarters & wonderful memories back then.

@@jorgerobles5117 "Metal Slug 7 (Nintendo DS)" and Metal Slug XX (PlayStation Portable) are already included on my "Longplays to do" list but it will take some time because I'm doing a lot of Longplays of different video games at the moment and many of them are work in progress. I'm currently busy with Metal Gear Solid (Sony PlayStation). When it's done, I will be busy with Devil May Cry (Sony PlayStation 2), Viewtiful Joe (Sony PlayStation 2), Silent Hill (Sony PlayStation), Resident Evil 4 (Nintendo GameCube), Dino Crisis 2 (Sony PlayStation), ObScure (Sony PlayStation 2) and Virtua Cop (Sega Saturn). When it's all done, I will create a Poll again about "Which Longplay shall I do next?" and add more different video games (which were requested by my Subscribers) back into that Poll. It sure took a lot of time to practice and study the whole game before making this Walkthrough / Longplay video. I also had to be very patient. Countless runs were ruined while making a No Slug Damage / No Death run Longplay.
42:05 the final mission now begins after choosing a jet or helicopter .... .... .... Mission is very long...when it will end? .... .... .... 1:23:21 the screen fades a bit black and the recaptured prisoner box appears at last. Finally after very long time of playing, the mission is over now and I can relax now and finally my hands and my fingers can rest now.
@kathleen hanson Yes, you are right. I could have used all of my Grenades in Mission 4 but I rarely use it against common Enemies. Well, it's kind of a Bad Habit...
TurkishBullet19 that’s actually a good habit 😂 because it’s important for all other bosses, I can never made it to the boss with more than 6 grenades 😂 so I end up dying a lot
@springtrap6794 Yes, it is the same Boss (Rootmars). When its ship Rugname was raided and Rootmars, who was controlling the ship using its brainpower, was put out of commission, thus triggering the self destruction of the ship. As the commandoes made their escape from the self-destructing ship, Rootmars made a last-ditch attempt to kill them, but was ultimately defeated and sank to the bottom of the sea, severely injured.

Seriously I think Snk went all out with this game with difficulty, gameplay and graphics. MS 4 was meh. It was just a rehash of recycle stuff that been reused with added new characters which fans were not too please with. MS 5 was better. The return of Eri and Tarma made a difference.
@정진교 The reason why I didn't want to pick up the Rotten Eggs was because it gives you 0 points and it is making the Player fat when you pick it up too many times.
