Only thing missing are some reflectors or icc tape so it can be seen at night so the tailgater's stay back.

Hello Jim, my name is Francis I am 50 years old and I live in Belgium .voila I am handicapped of the spine since already 24 years old finally short I wish to say thank you for your talent I find you formidable I admire your videos and it makes me want to do like you I just have a device arc and I do a little project because I do not have much money and in addition I have a morphine pump for my pain in the leg and back I do not have easy with the arc welding finally I have to say thank you for the beautiful and good video that you do soon Francis

Beautiful work on the Wheel Chair Carrier. The only thing missing is red reflective tape to make others behind aware of the overhanging specially at night.

Jimbo, that's how I build stuff too. Im not a structural or mechanical engineer so I always way over-build on purpose, then hope its enough. In this case, your hitch mechanism looks plenty strong to me. Nice job once again!

Wouldn't be a bad idea to have some .023 wire on hand if that's not what you have already. Easier to use on thin stuff.

How you doing Jimbo I remember about a year or two ago I watched one of your videos of you building one of these icy Walmart has a decent one for about $142 I don't go nowhere hardly ever but do you build these to sell or was this just for a favor and if you do how much if you don't mind me asking you are a true badass when it comes to fabricating I've seen some of your videos Lebanon disability ain't no joke I'm not telling you anything you don't already know I don't make much but that stimulus check comes in then I'm looking to get me one thank you Jimbo for any help my brother💪💪💝👍👍

only think i can think of is that the license plate, by law, when being driven, can't be blocked from a rear view, now of course that is the motorists problem ultimately, but i wonder if a 'post' will be installed vertically that will allow a re-mount of the license plate so as to be viewable from the rear ?

Strapping down my wheelchair to the carrier a friend has used ratcheting tie downs, but because of my hands being too weak to un-do the tie down, can only use it if I can find someone to release the tie downs. Sooo Can you come up with a solution for me to securely strap the wheelchair to the cart, and not take hand or finger strength to get it down for use. Thank you in advance

What would you it costs to fab the pivoting hitch mount part of this project. I have a carrier for a scooter, problem is it set a bit to low. I back into parking spots a lot so, I'd like it to be able to fold up when I am not hauling the scooter around. Also I have to use an adapter on my hitch because it's 1-1/4" and the carrier is 2".

my friend has a carrier like that and he got a ticket because his license plate was not visible when the carrier was in the up position or if the scooter was on the carrier

Couldnt one just use ramps and load the scooter into the truck? Im assuming the truck will always be used, as it has the trailer hitch you installed..
