Hello everyone! BIG shoutout to Tom MacDonald, we need MORE artists like you! Next up will be Clown World so please let me know where I could go after that. Mad love and respect to all you viewing this reaction!
Probably No Response would be good after that, it's his only flex and it's kindof a blanket statement response to all the shit he catches for his existence, heh... Although I gotta say as a fellow metalhead, Ashes is perfection
Hey man great Tom reactions keep em coming I got 3 for u after u do clown world Sober- where he really lets u into his past life. Dear rappers- his first big hit No response- 6mins of pure bars🔥 Welcome to the HOGFAM my man enjoy🤘
He had a beef with Mac Lethal. Tom did the song Single White Male. Mac Lethal tweeted that he sucked. Tom responded with a diss called Lethal Injection. Mac Lethal tried to diss back with Single White Female. He failed miserably. Then Tom Bodied him with a final diss called Mac Lethal Sucks. After that he got sneak disses by a lot of Mac Lethal's friends. So Tom responded to everyone with No Response. He showed them all he isn't one to mess with.
He loves the reactors, he's not calling you guys out for using him for clickbait, he is talking about haters using his name because they know people will click on it even if it's someone saying bad things about him. And yes, when he moved to Cali, he lived in South Central before he blew up and now has moved to a better area. If you do enough of his videos you will start to understand his story better.
Tom makes the beats, writes and records the songs, then his girlfriend (Nova Rockafeller) shoots and edits all his videos. They built the set, for this video, in their backyard. They have done around 12 videos, from their home, since quarantine started last year. His girlfriend also writes, raps, and sings. She used to be signed to Def Jam, but they really screwed her over. They are both very anti industry. Nova dropped a new album, in January, and Tom produced it for her. There are 3 videos, for Nova's album: Hey You, Did your Best, and Gang Gang. They sign all their cds, package, label and ship everything out themselves. The only other person that touches Tom's music, is his friend Evan Morgan, who does the final mix and mastering. Nova's brother did the final mix/mastering on her album. They are an incredible couple, with a crazy work ethic.
Tom moved from Canada, to South Central LA, about 7+/- years ago. It was probably one of the few places a "Starving Artist" could afford in Los Angeles.
Makes sense @John Gates. So where does he live now that he's gaining momentum? And it takes a little bit of scratch to do what him and Nova do with all this production work. I applaud them for their relentless work and for getting his voice out there for us to hear. Thank you for your time 👏✌
@@DannymikReacts He's mentioned in a couple of newer songs about buying a new home. It's IN CA, but NOT in LA proper....Could be the One of the Valleys Around the LA basin.
His song they are trying to kill me. I doubt he lives anywhere we are aware about. After buttholes song. And trying to kill me. Hes not out showing his address.
Blind Fury has come after him twice now. Tom will not respond though. He did the Mac Lethal diss for fun, but didn't like the way it made him feel. So No Response would be the only answer anyone gets. He even dissed himself in I'm Corny so no one can diss him any worse than himself. 🤣 😂 No one really big has come after him, though EM did respond to a tweet from tom, saying "People think they want some of this until they get it." I got the feeling he actually respects Tom. I know Tom respects EM. He was really amazed when he knocked EMs album out of first place on the charts. I follow Tom because he makes me feel stronger than I am. He brings out the best in me.
Besides him throwing comments around about other artists he does have a fairly strong political vibe from Fake Woke. I found out after that he didn't have an "traditional" label and then it made sense. Nobody can do what he seems to do without issues from the boss. He is the kind of artist that I need to keep reacting to because his lyrics make you think. Thank you so much for your time on my reaction 🙌✌👏🔥
Spot on with this comment. The one comment I just read this was in response to some of the Eminem fans (Stans). I feel like both artists truly respect each other. Thank you for your time my friend ✌👏
That's correct. It's my 2nd reaction to him but most wouldn't know since Fake Woke got BURIED in a huge stack of other reactors to that song. Thank you so much... fist bump to Tom for speaking his mind 👏✌👊
@@DannymikReacts haha yea that happens with Tom. I found your Fake Woke reaction first, I search Tom reactions and sort by upload date because I'm stuck home with nothing else to do lol. Trust me, keep doing Tom reactuons and the Hangover Gang will find you and filter in. It always happens. We're obsessed like that.
Scandal free doesn't mean he doesn't have skeletons. Scandal free means they are all out in the open. Scandals are for people who have something to hide. He talks about his skeletons openly in live streams and sings about them in his songs.
I do understand since we're all humans. I guess it goes back to the word "scandal" which is kind of a big situation. Making fun of yourself and talking about your flaws is the best way to mitigate the hecklers... genius move on his part. Thanks so much for some of your time 👏✌
Labels want to muzzle him, SJWs want to cancel him and other rappers are jealous of him. No one can show love or the heat comes, but the HOG is fireproof 🔥🔥🔥
Danny, Welcome! You are now an honorary member of the Hang Over Gang! Tom has unique ability to unite music lovers young and old , black and white, liberal and conservative. He's also a "love him or hate him" personality. Most people respond positively to his music so there's hope for this screwed-up world yet! Keep checking out his videos and you'll be amazed at all of the SJW groups he pokes with a stick.
Listen to his albums and you have 100% Tom and his story. Mental health addiction the hate he gets he speaks on it all with his Art. Yes he lived in South Central for 4 or 5 years.
Tom don't care what he says to the haters who are trying to stop him. They can't the only way to stop him is leave him alone and let him say what he wants. This is the response to Fake Woke and what he said about Eminem. The STANS tried to cancell him and I laughed so hard so STANS here you go take you're medicine. Starting this coming Friday the next 3 weeks will be totally different for Tom hope you catch him he drops at 9 am but that's like 12 in California time I don't know but don't miss it he's totally amazing
Dope reaction. If you're going to go down the Tom Macdonald rabbit hole, I usually recommend starting with his first viral hit "Dear Rappers" and working chronologically through his YT catalog. HOG ❤ from Michigan..
As he came to LA, he lived in South Central(the only place he could afford as a broke artist) , so he knows how it is on the "lower decks".. Nice to see his reaction.. Raper or not, he's an artist with rly badass lyrics and a worldwide, self made, fanbase
Oooh! I've heard of this artist :D! he's actually really amazing. I enjoy listening to his music a lot. I love the visuals and the lyrics are always profound.
I have to point out that his lyrics are his strong point. The creativity of his videos seem to be very high as well... the beats are good as well but they are below the 2 areas I've pointed out. Regardless, he's a very interesting artist and I appreciate your time checking this one out 🙌✌
Mac Lethal tweeted some shit that was obviously about Tom, then when Tom responded, he claimed he wasn't talking about Tom, but then went on to talk shit about him anyway, so Tom made a diss track called Lethal Injection. Mac responded with his own diss called Single White Female, then said he was through and wouldn't respond again. When Tom put out another track called Mac Lethal Sucks, he buried him. Definitely worth checking out all three, preferably in that order.
You have to listen to “The Way I Am (Eminem Remix)” by Tom MacDonald, he is well aware of the things you are talking about! Also “Tryin to Kill Me” He fully knows what’s at stake by saying the things he is saying! ❤️HOG 4EVER❤️🤘🏼 #hangovergang
Don't feel bad I'm a metalhead myself and I don't have a shittin clue what a bar is. I don't like rap music but I like tom. His rapping would sound good with some good metal
You wondered if Tom can help your channel... you have no idea how strong the HOG Fam is. If you truly like what he does and start reacting to his music when it drops you will experience it.
Tom is from Canada but he moved to a "ghetto" area in California several years ago because that's what he could afford. He's moved to a different area now though.
Most hip-hop artists totally lack a credible message while Tom is out there spitting tons of truth... more reactions to him in my plans for sure. Thank you for your time ✌👏🙌
The caution tape is something he used back when he did Politically Incorrect and could be a reference to that. I bein following Tom since October of 2019 and with the H.O.G. family and will let the ones thats bein with him longer or Tom himself answer if he appears. Just to let you know, the lines after "let me help you out." He says He instead of I'm, repeating what people have said about him
I like this one a lot more than the last one you did on him. He's not holding nothing back from anyone, dig it. He definitely doesn't care about clout, F to the haters is his philosophy. "I'm a God, you're the devil quit trying to cancel me" powerful lyric right there. Wooo dude has super thick skin and very large coconuts to spit the sh*t he is spitting. I too am from the 90's era, this guy is dope I got him now and what he is doing. Great reaction Danny!
I read someone requested you react to "Ashes". YES! You will love it. It's more rock, very clever references.I'll look for your reaction to that! I liked your reaction to this one. I have subbed. BTW I am a huge metalhead. I'm 57 and old school thrash and just great metal on my playlist but I found Tom I joined the HOG fam and ordered a CD. He autographs them and he and Nova do it all. Pack and ship them. The dude is just what we need now. Check out "Ashes" bro! Edit to add he dropped a new song today It isn't listed as Tom MacDonald , it's listed as Various Artists - Topic. It will be easier to search "No Good Bastards" He has been saying he was gonna drop something totally different. You can watch it and check it out.
It's nice to hear people appreciate me adding the lyrics because it is time consuming. I read them as I'm editing... helps me understand the song much much better. Thank you so much for your time ✌👏
From Canada, moved to South Central in Los Angeles. He was living in the ghetto unable to pay rent when he wrote Dear Rappers and it blew up. I Don’t Care talks about this. To truly understand Tom, going back to the beginning helps a lot. He’s been offered deals, he turns them down. As for responding, check out the diss beef between him and Mac Lethal, he doesn’t enjoy the place battling puts him in, No Response sort of gives you an idea of why no one with any sense would go after this man.
So basically nobody will respond and throw heat back at him? I have a feeling he will start to get the big names attention soon... unless they don't want to give him the time so he doesn't get any bigger. Either way I love his style lyrically. Thank you for checking this one out and throwing me some information 👏😊
@@DannymikReacts The bigger industry artists, won't go after him, because it would give him attention. The industry doesn't want Tom to get that attention. Tom just keeps poking at all of them. lol
@@hisbean the more I thought about the more THIS makes sense. Too much truth for them to cave and create more attention. It's up to us normal folks to spread the word!
DannyMikReacts This Friday He is going to Drop 1, & then the Next 2 Weeks after. Also just a Note: He loves Rock & Yes the Metal Head Rock too. In fact He said that These Next 3 are going To Be Very Different, So I'm guessing its going to be in The Rock/Rap stuffJust Guessing.?. Look Him Up He Dropped a Video Talking About, Can fine it on yt, Just a Few days ago. And go back to some His old Stuff; "Way Off" & a couple more around that timeI Think? Thank You Doing These Songs Enjoyed Your Input.
Damn another MacDonald track? Yeah dude has some serious things to say and is NOT afraid to say whatever he is thinking. Much like another rap artist from abut 1999...Em! he was the man for years and now I believe this dude is the real deal and here to make a lot of people mad. Good for him. Not bad but also not my thing these days. Kinda stuck in the m80's and 90's era of hip hop and nothing will ever change my old azz mind on that lol. Just sayin. But I gotta give credit where credit is due. He is good. Great reaction Danny!
Great reaction Danny! Not bad breaking this one down as his lyrics are better than the actual music (my opinion). Very creative artists that's brutally honest!
Tom was a professional wrestler in Canada. That's why he's in a cage.. referred "Randy Savage" and can't cancel "The kid"... He has so many great songs and vids as already mentioned but I didn't see "Best Rapper".. dude..... you'll never see someone fight his inner demon any harder! New sub! Hey don't know if you know NF but he is def worth the Journey also! Start with "The Search" and then his latest drop "Lost" with Hopsin.
It's either nobody wants a piece of him or nobody wants to bring more attention to him. Regardless, Tom is climbing the ranks and people are listening. Thank you for your time 🙌✌
@@Lurch685 hahahaha . Oh I'm sure right, like when Em goes after the rappers and clowns and millennials that say shit, yes sure, Em is just playin. You dont say the things Mac said playing around. Don't try and paint Tom as bad for destroying him and saying serious crap. Looks like a Mac fan . Em was a champion yet most all his current songs are going after people that came at him. Don't try and marginalize Tom. Listen, in this world regardless for example the internet , you make a comment or in this case , go after someone in a Rap , that someone is going to bite back. NEVER heard Mac say he was playing and the only time you might hear that is after Tom's last video absolutely destroying Mac. I don't see any response after the 2nd video from Tom or Mac saying he was playin.
New sub. Good to see you travel the rabbit hole with Tom. His words work in every walk of life. You can start at Dear Rappers and move up from there. 🔥🔥 Reaction #HOG #HangOverGang 💯🤘
Yes he lived in the ghetto in the US, but also Americans need to stop thinking the only hoods are in the US. There are ghettos in every reach of the world. The poor and struggling are the masses.
It's not finished but my personal life has been very demanding. I'm actually getting to the point where I will be back in the studio getting it ready very soon... hopefully recording new content in the next couple weeks. Fingers crossed! Thank you for giving me some of your time and happy new year :)
If u gonna go for "whiteboy", "this house" was his reaction to all that hate he got.. Like this was his reaction after "fake woke" Same like after "straight white male" the "beaf" with Mac leathl startet and endet In a 3 Videos massacre. Mc Twitter fighter him, then Tim responded with "lethal Injektion" and "Mac leathal sucks". "dear rappers" was the 1dt one who made him "famous", even if he has pleeeenty great songs
New sub and fellow metalhead here...though I enjoy a little bit of everything (from classical to 80s pop to rap to technical death metal), and I've always respected artists who aren't willing to compromise their vision for superficial gain (whether I personally dig what they're doing or not). I, myself, am a drummer and went into thrash and death metal because it allows me to express my thoughts and emotions; it certainly wasn't for the money, that's for sure lol It would be easy to be more mainstream and earn decent cash, but I would have to alter the core of my artistic self in order to do so. Not knocking anyone who does that, it's not my business. But it's often difficult to put one's whole heart into one's craft if one isn't doing what's truly inside their soul. Just my two cents, for what it's worth. By the way, what are some of your favorite bands/artists? Keep rockin', brother 🤘
I have a fairly diverse taste in music as well so I can't just stick to one style. Most of my youth revolved around the heavier side of metal due to my older brother. We used to rock the typical stuff (Metallica, Megadeth, Anthrax, Slayer, Pantera... throw in some Kind Diamond, Death, Obituary. My intro/outro samples Sepultura). I understand what you're saying and it seems that Tom kind of sides with that. His lyrics are the bread & butter... I like the older style of hip-hop so it's unusual for me to take a liking to something new. Again, his message is connecting with me so I'm going to continue. Thank you so much for giving my reaction some of your time... until next time 👊🤘✌
@@DannymikReactsYou're welcome. I'm always looking for new reaction channels and meeting a fellow King Diamond fan never gets old. Your list is pretty reminiscent of my youth lol I was lucky enough to see Alice In Chains, Anthrax (Persistence Of Time), Megadeth (Rust In Peace), and Slayer (Seasons In The Abyss) during the Clash Of The Titans tour in 1991. A.I.C. opened and the big 3 all played headlining sets. The tickets cost a whopping $18! I, also, got to see Death on their Individual Thought Patterns tour and stood front and center of the stage not more than 10 feet from Chuck (R.I.P.). At the end of their set I got to shake his hand. Great times!
@@evilervcowart6234 I guess we have some great minds! I have done 1 King Diamond reaction so if you want to check it out just search dannymikreacts kind diamond. If you do please let me know what you think of that song. Thanks again!
@@DannymikReacts Sleepless Nights has always been a favorite of mine. Back in 2004 when I was In a death metal band, we were interviewed by a local variety type publication and were asked to each name 4 songs we were influenced by; Sleepless Nights was on my list (though the author of the article misspelled it as "Knights" lol). Honestly, though, I adore every single track from the Conspiracy album and it's 2 predecessors "THEM" (which is part 1 of the story that's concluded on Conspiracy) and Abigail. All 3 of these masterpieces have a permanent place of honor on my favorites playlist. Until you mentioned it, I never noticed that the main riff in Sleepless Nights does indeed have a Bark At The Moon vibe...which is odd...since that's a favorite of mine, as well. I could go on about King Diamond for hours but, alas, obligations arise which must attended to 🤘
Thank you for your time... I figured he was still in Canada but then then the lyrics just didn't match up to that thought. More Tom MacDonald in my plans 🙌👏
#HOG GANG for life... You want to see a good rap beef go watch Mac Lethal straight white female and then watch Tom MacDonalds lethal injection one and two
I'm sure that I will get to it at some point... it's funny because I did a reaction to Mac Lethal and thought he was talented (but I was wondering why he doesn't get much support. Tom would roast his a$$!!!
If you wanna see a child prodigy/virtuoso, you should check out a guitarist called YoYo. She's from China and has mind blowing discipline and technique. Here's a link to her covering the Andy James song Angel Of Darkness. Note that she was 9 at the time! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Ey8d6plehIE.html
I would love to hear some of his personal stories on that journey... we need more people like Tom out there. He is a media nightmare for the most powerful people 😂😂 Thank you for your time ✌😊👏
Then I'd hit THIS HOUSE...was a follow up to blow back he got from WHITEBOY... then I HATE HIP-HOP... I'M SORRY... Was after a diss he had with Mack Lethal. It's short BUT SWEEEEEET.... then go all out with NO RESPONSE... You will not be sorry! Tom's just different with talent and Bars
Not much of a fan. Cancel Culture is overrated and most of the people who use that term are hypocrites guilty of the same thing. Or they use the term incorrectly. Piers Morgan wasn't canceled, he got up and quit mid show because a co-host criticized him. Dr. Seuss hasn't been canceled. Several books I have never heard of and weren't selling at all. The publisher voluntarily pulled those themselves. The known books are still widely available.
Hey John! "Cancel Culture" is controversial subject and I can see what you're saying. Hypocrisy happens all over the place no matter the situation. You mentioned the Dr. Sues book and you're right that THEY pulled their own content. However, I feel that is a situation where EVERYONE is feeling pressured... this is why so many things are being changed or stripped away. I feel we should "learn" from our faulty history but this conversation is too complicate to discuss through a comment section. I felt this song was more about how Tom MacDonald controls his own destiny, his own career. He says what he wants and I give him credit for have the stones to say this stuff. I reacted to Fake Woke before this one and that song had more material that could create debates. Next up will be Clown World and I'm excited to get it up on here... just have to get time to edit a list of recorded reactions. Thanks for your time and I hope you're staying healthy!
