One of my favorite Metallica songs until my Father committed suicide in 2015. The words are too painful to hear. This allowed me to enjoy this beautiful piece of music once again, though with tears in my eyes. Very well done and thank you for sharing this. R.I.P. Dad. And thank you for buying my first guitar.

Their music has crossed frontiers between genres, styles and has inspired all kinds of musicians to be better Amazing what they gave us in the past so greatful for their music but even more greatful and more amazing is, the huge amount of incredible bands that they inspired to start.... Quite the statement. I like Metallica, but for a band that's been around less than 40 years it's more than a little presumptuous to make such a statement don't you think? In 100 years will anyone remember who Metallica was? In 200 years? In 500 years? Remember, the vast majority of the musicians humankind has ever had are long dead and long forgotten.
