I've actually thought about that idea before if I was ever in a band, opening a show with that song. Definitely interesting!

I've seen them 5 times, never have they played Orion. I was lucky once when they played call of ktulu, which was AMAZING

Fr. Thankfully people like this person are so tied to their phones that we get to see it. I would never record more than a few seconds. Too busy thrashing around acting a fool for that. Gotta get into the music and forget the phone

What you also know is that there was a time before every fool took pictures and videos of shows. What you don't know is, is how great and wild concerts were in the pre-smartphone era. And frankly: one can watch this out of curiosity. Not because it'd be a cinematic highlight.

@@KNEESOFBEES1989 mate I was about 5 people back from the stage, half of the show we were watching an empty stage, they were all on the other side, or one of them will come over for a minute or two and then move on around the stage again. I legit had a view of Lars for 4 Songs both nights before he moved to another drumkit and was completely out of view. We didn't even see the four of them all together at the same time, you only watch one of them (who's ever turn it is on our section of the stage). For such an expensive show, it was honestly kind of disappointing

@@KNEESOFBEES1989 honestly I think the further back you are, the more you will see. There are also some raised platforms as part of the stage, try not to stand in front of one of those and get in front of a lower lying part of the stage, I would guess that it would be much easier to see what's going on from there.

its my all time favourite song, yesterday morning i wondered about how cool it would be if they played it and then i was sitting in that bench telling myself to not be disappointed if they didnt play orion and then those bass chords started...

Well they are doing the "2 nights, different set list" thing, so I'm sure we'll be hearing songs they haven't done live in a LONG time.

It’ll still be great. The one time I seen them in 2019 we were up as high as you could possibly sit and it was still an awesome show.

Totally agree, back then there weren't people standing around filming the band on their phones, people were just totally lost in the music which is how it should be. Take a photo then put your phones away people. Enjoy the moment. The band will appreciate it too. They want to look out from the stage and see people having a great time, not standing round. Enjoy and mosh till you drop. And I hope they play Orion ❤ when I see them in June 🤘🤘🤘🤘

I was there. I can safely say listening to Orion live is one of the most exciting concert experienced I have ever had in my life. It carried all of their power and mystique and became a whirlwind of memories for everyone there.

Lars has been using a click for a few years now, thatd why you don't hear that much nonsense filler and why the band doesn't slow down or plays faster anymore.
