Love your reactions. Please do Of Wolf…And Man Live with Jason on bass. Think the show was in England. Also check out their whole concert from the 4th time of me seeing them live in 4 different States with all 3 bassists. It’s on RU-vid in its entirety. All 2 hours and 25 minutes of it. Live in Lincoln, NE on September 6, 2018 The crowd sang all night long. Thanks. Keep on Rocking Out!!! Love your channel
Great reaction! Hoping you can check out Opeth Live at Red Rocks arguably the best outdoor amphitheater. The songs are Ghost of Perdition,Blackwater Park or frankly any other on their set list. Its a fantastic production and mixing. Then maybe NeObliviscaris live performance of Intra Venus,Devour Me Colossus,or Forget Not. They are a rollercoaster ride for any fan of great music with a few surprises Ill leave for your viewing pleasure . Thanks.
A list of Metallica songs throughout their 40 years on Earth to listen to either studio or live: Whiskey In The Jar (live in Ireland Slane Castle 2019) Battery (Seattle 1989) Harvester of Sorrow (san Diego 1991) Whiplash (Chicago 1983 or Seattle 1989) Fuel (1999) St. Anger (either from the album and not the music video for a full opinion on the song or Manchester 2019 with added solos) Atlas Rise (music video to see their headquarters and how they record their music in the own studio) One (I personally don’t like the music video because the film clip insert ruin the flow but it’s what all reactors go to but personally my favourite is the S&M 1999 version, 90s Metallica might be your favourite Metallica era) Welcome Home Sanitarium Creeping Death (either Seattle 1989 or Moscow 1991) The Day That Never Comes (live 2019) The Unforgiven 2 and 3 The outlaw torn (live 2019) Bleeding Me (live either 1999 or 2022) That Was Just Your Life (the closest you’ll ever get a rap song by Metallica but absolutely incredible) Damage Inc (Berlin 2006)
Given James Hetfield's battles w/ alcoholism, it's not a stretch that he wrote the lyrics for 'Sad but true' about the spectre of addiction - that part of you that indulges in vices and acts in a way u normally would not do in public.
My brother used to love these bands call heavy metal. I was more Zeppelin Pink Floyd that's what I was into. But now that I'm older I do appreciate preciate Metallica for heavy metal band you can't understand what he is saying
I prefer the 1992 performance, because Metallica was on fire 🔥🔥🤘🤘and in peak form... Or even the 1997 version from 'Cunning stunts' concert video. Something was lost in later years - James is not in the best voice, Lars is slacking off, and the band seems to be connecting the dots, rather than going for the throat... Just my opinion.
