Did you consider that mono is quite stiff and be use it is very short when the feed breaks up the hook bait and the hook might move away from the feed. Would be cool to try it in a tank and see how it goes.
@@RobWootton I was thinking as well that a bead or some sort of ring to ring connection might sort the problem taking out the rigidity.from the hook length Thank you, good sir :)
Hi rob im assuming you 'd be using an elasticated feeder with such a short hook length which is not allowed where i fish so would you get hook pulls with an in line feeder
Hi rob, what do you use for attaching you hook lengths when method feeder fishing, I bought some guru speed beads but fished a match recently using them and missed 3 really positive bites, after winding in each time I found that the hooklength had gone and I knew it hadn't snapped, I came to the conclusion that there's too much room inside the bead allowing the hooklength to slip off. I ended up changing for a swivel fo the rest of the match which dealt with the problem short term but wondered if you knew o a better product that allows your u to change hooklengths quickly??
