The Metric remix came as a b-side on the UK CD Single of Monster Hospital, and was available in Canada as a B-side to the Dead Disco Single. If you liked the remix then you can buy it. It is available on iTunes and other music download sites.
(A little extra bit of history on the song - It isn't really a remix, it's actually an earlier demo of Dead Disco which Metric decided to release later as a b-side)
