This is a Metro Apartments and Sports Bar Review in Pattaya, Thailand, located inside the LK METRO district.
I have to say, this was by far the nicest hotel room i have stayed in while visiting Pattay, Thailand.
Located in the heart of LK Metro, this room was located on the rear side of LK Metro. Therefore, the noise was not a problem at all. The room was very spacious. It included a kitchenette, microwave, kettle, toaster, and large refrigerator. It had a large, comfortable bed, and a large wardrobe with a laundry basket. A hot water shower, sofa, and medicine cabinet were also included.
I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Pattaya. In addition, as a Silver member of hotels.com, the room was only $20 USD/night. Great value, and budget friendly.

Have stayed at Metro Apartments for the last three years. I like the place. Staff are great, owner is a really good guy, and as you say the rear rooms have no noise night or day. Will be in room No 1 in November.

Hey Jeremy. I stayed there for my first week ever in Thailand (May 2018). It was clean and comfortable. It actually cost a little more than that - for a lesser room than that one - but could have been the "Stupid Farang" tattoo on my forehead though. LOL. But, they did run out of water on my last night there - none from 6:00pm until 1:00am - when I finally convinced them to move me to a "Sister" hotel. So, no shower - was a bit awkward - long, boring, but somewhat funny story about that night. ;-)

Impressed? Your standards are quite different than mine. Spacious, yes! It reminds me of my relatives basement build-out. For the budget minded, of course it's great. I'm surprised you got a good night sleep... being on LKMetro.

Hiya! I know you recorded this a couple of years back, but if you can remember - access to that room (1) - do you have to walk through the bar to gain access or is there a separate entrance and also what floor is this room on? Many thanks for the introduction

Yes you did have to go to the front door. I don’t know if that has changed.

Hello Jeremy. Very nice room and location as well. I wonder if there is a Monthly rent for long staying (like 1 year or longer). Second question is: in the case of monthly rent, how much Electric, Water and Internet bill will be? (cost per unit) Final question is: was Internet properly working? Keep going, you are doing an excellent job with very informative and honest opinions on living in the Land of Smiles.

1) Long stays are optional, but i do not know the price. 2) I can only estimate based off of my utilities which range between 900-1,700 Baht. 3) Slow wi-fi like most budget hotels. I use my cell as a hot spot. Thanks for the comment.
