it is such a crazy instrument we play and compete with; some of the most uplifting and intricate stuff i've ever seen/heard, and if i was there i would be sitting still and transfixed as the rest of the crowd instead of jumping around which is what this music makes me want to do. more kitchen piping contests i say!!!

My favourite tune is Mrs MacPherson of Inveran and there is only one person that can respectfully turn it into a hornpipe.

It is a Fred Morrison tune, entitled Breizh. Allen spices it up a bit but the melody is certainly that tune.
