First coach of every Delhi metro reserved for women, you could see at platform also, there's a board which mentions only for female and at the same board section, metro stops.

It's quite cheap. Last time I cared to check the deduction in my Metro card, it was ₹40 (or $0.5) for some 40 Km or so

As I know the delhi to gurugram metro was constructed by a Chinese company, opened around 2012; and its extention line was put into running in 2017, constructed by the same Chinese company.
