Until 1930's the river Amstel used to flow here and the objects on the walls were all found when they built this station. A lot of bones, glasses, pots and other things are displayed in between the elavators (you missed that when you entered the station..)

Ah yes, I should have taken the other escalator on the way down to the platform... Maybe I'll get a chance to film an updated video sometime.
