its not speed. He literally just stops time. If it WAS super speed then how come he is able to sit down for long periods of time without anything continuing? If he stops moving he's not making motion which means he's not using speed. The flash doesn't do that. When he stops he stops. So the fact metroman can sit in a restaurant, read a book or fly a kite shouldnt be possible. If he sits down everything will look normal again. Its like the writers have no idea how super speed works. He's not going fast, he literally pulled a ZA WARUDO and stopped everything. Nobody is moving and just stops dead in its tracks. Plus Megamind was capable of dodging Tigten’s heat vision. And Metroman is obviously massively faster than Megamind and Tighten. I’d put my favor in the facts and feats presented in the movie rather than “well there’s a shadow there and that doesn’t work with the laws of physics so obviously Metroman is slower” when the animators probably didn’t think that far anyway

Metro man lived out an entire day in less than 1 frame. Impressive. Archie lived out infinite lives within an infinite universe in about 10 seconds. Outspeeds him easily. Easiest answer? The weaver (who is omnipresent, better than infinite speed) can literally erase anything from existence by simply thinking it.
