I completed a vipassana 10 day course, and it was a deeply healing and beautiful experience I cant even find words for how much forgiveness I felt for everyone who had ever wronged me, at the same time feeling like i wished everyone id ever hurt knew I was sorry like a bitter sweet feeling but at the same time knowing I have so much time left in this world to spread Metta.
