Mexican drug cartel targets Native American reservations in Montana 

One of the most dangerous Mexican cartels is targeting Native American reservations in Montana. NBC's Cynthia McFadden speaks to a tribal leader who says there's drug activity on his reservation involving community members, and that it's "as if fentanyl is raining on our reservation."
