I am so so glad I've found your channel! I don't know why it's taken me so long to find you but ive been binging your videos for the past week and have already made a few of ur recipes and they were so yummy yummy 🤤. I work third shift and first thing when I got home this morning I made some fresh tortillas and bacon wrapped hot dogs with corn and cheese in them. I think that's one of my new fav munchies those are so good and quick and easy to make. I've also made the California burrito casserole. Ugh it was so good! You're an amazing cook and so gorgeous I love your happy bubbly personality too you and your sister are both so great! Thank u for the amazing content and recipes

Would you do a video on staples you keep in your pantry all the time for Mexican Cuisine. I lived in Tuson AZ growing up and our adopted Mexican Aunt (Aunt Nyia, lived across the street) used to make us tamales for Christmas along with other treats, she taught my older sisters how to cook Mexican food and they learned how to make Italian food! Our whole neighborhood ( 1 huge city block) was mostly Mexican, except for our Italian family and one American Indian family so, we grew up on the food and I miss it so much. Our neighbors and my family were a family, they all helped eachother out. We were all poor as far as financially but were very rich in friendship. I moved was when I was 12 to live with my oldest sister so I was young and did not learn how to make a lot of the food. Thanks to you girls and my sister telling me how to make things over the phone along with her sending me things ( I can't wait) I can't get in the area I live in (upstate NY, little town would have to drive 3 hrs to a Mexican/Asian store). She moved back to Tucson AZ and has acess to all that stuff way cheaper and better quality than I can purchase online. Thank you for sharing everything

These look so delicious! Thank you for sharing. I am going to make these and send you fotos. Just a memory: when my grandmother made flour tortillas, she was quick at rolling them, so she would line the counters and huge eating table with her round tortillas. Then she would start grabbing them and putting them on her hot comal. Yummy. For those that helped her clean out the bowls and counters she would leave a few tortillas on the comal to get hard. She would rub butter on them, JUST LIKE YOU DID WITH A FULL STICK OF BUTTER! This was awesome to see you do this...applausos mija. The hardened tortillas were the best. You have inspired me to make these...👏🏽 👏🏽 for La Reina de la Cocina. Abrazos.

Hi ladies! Just found your channel the other day, I subscribed. I’ve been cooking since I was 14, I loved watching both my mom and dad cook. My dad was adventurous in the kitchen, he made some questionable things lol. But he made the best soups. Mom was a good cook and new how to stretch recipes to feed our family of eight. I love cooking and have learned a lot , I’m 55 now. I even get asked to cook for people , which I used to do. Anyways, I’ve been dying to learn how to cook Mexican food, I did come up with a few of my own recipes but nothing like your cooking. You make it so easy to follow and give great tips. I love watching your videos, and you know what your doing . I’m going to try one of your recipes once a week , starting with the Beria tacos with the broth. I must not be very special. I say, "Aaaah", but nothing ends up in my mouth! Can someone tell me how to be special? This all looks so very good, and I'd love to have some end up in my mouth. I'm paralyzed from a spinal cord injury though, so I can't make it myself. Maybe if I learn how to be special and if I wish hard enough, I will get to eat some. I won't be picky. When baking or cooking the full moon will effect fluids when cooking. During *full moon* I usually cook with a little less water or fluids in recipes.

Loved this compilation... you two need to do "drop in dive in's" going state to state, visiting people like me (ahem 😘😄🤷‍♀️) who are disabled, living far away from the authentic Mexican cuisine only the West knows how to serve up! I currently live in upstate NY, 15 min from Buffalo and Niagara Falls and I welcome your family to vacation here where you'll enjoy many wonderful places and experience the many different wonderful cuisines here. While here, you could also host your own dinner party allowing some of us who would love to learn your techniques and meet your beautiful family. Give it a thought and I sincerely hope we could be the start of your new adventures. P.S. the Cape is not that far from here! 😁😘🥰
