My mom used to sell plates to construction workers and I remember this food right here and anything that was left over. I would warm that baby up on the stove. I would fry me up some tortillas and go to town on it but my mom‘s food is so good. It wouldn’t be hardly any left after she went out selling them, she had regular customers by the boatload I missed those days after my mom’s accident she doesn’t cook like this anymore. She’s all vegan type now.😢😢 but damn you did that and I’m going to make this tomorrow.

OMG that chicken looks so juicy, your beans looked perfect recipe after recipe. The Mexican rice looked perfect, there's no substitute for fresh made Mexican rice from scratch.
