1 big spoon olive oil
fresh coriander leaves - roughly chopped
2 tsp oregano
1 lemon juice
1/4 tsp chilli flakes
For Salad:
lettuce
capsicum
red and yellow bell pepper
Chinese cucumber
corn
Boiled kidney beans
