Sometimes simpler is way better. Being a single dad I have to adapt to my little girls taste needs and they love this recipe by the way. They also really like your channel and they really like to cook

I wanted to make a spaghetti as good as my Oaxacan mother does and it’s literally the same recipe except I used cream Cheese cus I didn’t have sour cream came out exactly like my moms and she usually uses sour crème too and a tiny tea spoon of knorr caldo de tomate con sabor de pollo and a spoon of knorr con sabor de pollo
Also if anyone see my comment I only used a tea spoon of salt when blending the onion n garlic and then used the other salt measurements mentioned when it was boiling and ended up putting a splash of salt at the end and it is not salty at all just taste as you go
The dislike is because she did not cook the pasta correctly. People need to stop adding gotdang oil to pasta water. The oil does nothing to the pasta and it is just a waste of oil. Thank you!
