I'm trying a slightly new format, that of a stand alone unedited short. Let me know what you guys think.
Convenience stores are found all over the world and it's always interesting to see the local products they have. Oxxo is ubiquitous in Mexico and filled with lots of products specific to Mexico.
Just a day out in Mexico City 🇲🇽
This is the 100th video I've made, thank you so much to those that have come along for the ride.

Algo muy importante de los oxxos es que también puedes pagar muchos servicios, como agua, luz, teléfono y hasta depositar a bancos. Excelente tu vídeo, gracias y que estés bien .

Who does not love to eat seeds as snack specially when they're salty at least (additional options: lemon/lime, chili pepper, japanese style crunchy "coating" [made of a nutty and salty dough that covers the peanut before coocking then to be ready to eat], spices, mixed "assortment" of several edible seeds, and even more that i don't remember)

I went to Puerto Vallarta to tour the place a few months ago on a cruise. I'm pretty sure their was an oxxo on every block. So I found this video to figure out what this was, thank you.

Hey Colibri! 😊 Ahhh.....good ol' Oxxo where you can find everything you need. We just recently found out you can pay for the items you order on Amazon MX (in cash)....who knew! That was so sweet of you to buy that lady a treat. 🌻 Oh! Grrrrrrr......Tony the Tiger ~ Frosted Flakes....😀

The Nito that you showed is pretty interesting. It used to be called “Negrito” which is a way to call a person of color. The mascot was also this white skin colored kid with an afro if I remember correctly. It’s pretty tasty but I can see why they wouldn’t sell it in America.

Thanks Blake! Some differences about Oxxo include that you can pay CFE (electric) , cell phone and other bills, Add money/minutes to your cell phone, Send or Receive money to/from people, pay for online purchases and so much more. This is really helpful for those who do not have a bank account. I am sure that they charge a fee! It seems that there is an Oxxo on every corner! Saludos!

Your welcome, thanks for watching and supporting the channel! To make a payment to an account there is a 10 peso fee and I think it's the same when paying bills but everywhere I've rented so far has had bill included, makes my life easier. Saludos!

Mexican convenience stores are actually pretty awesome. They're much better than the ones found in Canada and the States!

Went to Circle K at Los Cabos Airport just after I escaped time share hustle drivers, and was so glad to find SIM cards and slow cooker with delicious empanadas. Airport has a disappointing food selection and usually feel I am being ripped off. I think the Circle K is now Oxxo, and it was a welcome introduction to new country.

We use Oxxo often, some are small and some larger and of course they are the ones with the better and larger variety.

I been to a oxxo before my favorite thing to get there is a coming banana a creamy banana ice cream like the pill is a gummy the white stuff is the ice cream it's very good

I live in UK but spent some time in South Korea where there are the likes of GS25 and CU convenience stores. Some Korean snacks are to die for.... others are hideous! After this C-19 has gone and we can freely travel I will be visiting family who have located in Mexico. Thanks for a glimpse of those stores!... Are there any like the Daiso bargain stores as they were worth a visit too!!... thanks for the great informative vids!

I’m a go to the Mexico at July and I haven’t went on a plane for 6 years and also I went to Mexico 2 years ago’ I have to travel to Tijuana to fly to puerto Vallarta it depends if I get my passport or not I have one but it’s invalid

To put it in perspective - Charros tostadas is the only brand that we can find in a supermarket in Vancouver. I noticed that they were $23.50 pesos in your Oxxo ($1.40 Canadian). A package of Charros here sells for $4.95 (Canadian = $4.03 USD) - which is about $80 pesos. To make me even more depressed - I was salivating over that junk food isle - I miss the Mexican cacahuates (especially the Japones with lime). Best snack ever! PS - You forgot to mention the ultimate Mexican soft drink - Squirt. Since you do not drink alcohol, you would not fully appreciate how essential Squirt is to the consumption of tequila. It is also good to mix with the Chilean vino blanco plonk. Anyway - loved the format. My only comment, move the camera a slower, I need time to droll over the junk food.
