My husband and I always pet the dogs and talk to dog owners when we travel.

Yeah -we also can't walk by without chatting to the dogs and then finding out their names, age etc. Thanks again for watching and taking the time to write to us. 😎 Now we are starting to pet sit around the world and its amazing! It' has really changed the way we travel and how we live. Now we stay in a home for 2-3 weeks. It's a great way to feel get the feel of a community. We heading off to the UK starting July and then Italy followed by Australia. Cheers, Randy and Jill

Great video. Hubby and I are planning a trip to Mexico City and have been at a quandary what to do with my Service Dog. She would hate being left behind and of course, as a Service Dog, I need her with me.Any tips?

Hi there, We were in Mexico City in March and the weather was absolutely perfect! We are both dog lovers, I can't pass a dog without petting and chatting to it. Mexico City is an amazing city. We stayed on Roma Norte in Airbnb for a month and lots of people had their dogs with them. I don't think I have experienced a more relaxed and dog friendly city ever, Mexico City - never ever feels like a city. It's so green with all the tree lined streets. It's not complicated to take your dog into mexico. Just get the documents and up to date info and though microchip is not mandatory, best to have it. It depends where you're coming from, but in general, service dogs are allowed on flights. Look up pet friendly airlines too.If you already took the trip, please share your experience. I am yet to take mine, but all the way from egypt.

I live in Roma, my pet dog is a 3 year old Pomeranian, he's become kind of a local celebrity, he loves going out and roaming about.

Hey, I have been looking up pet friendly airbnb's. Is the dog park at a walking distance from Roma Norte? How big is the neighbourhood? We won't have a car, my dog and I, so i will need to walk to parks :) Would love your advice.

@@wolfesound Parque Mexico is right in between Roma Norte, Roma Sur and Condesa and it's more or less the same walking distance from any of these places, all three neighbourhoods are roughly the same size, not massive but fairly large so the outskirts may not be close enough to walk all the way to the park, for reference the park itself is surrounded by Avenida Mexico and Avenida Amsterdam, close to Avenida Insurgentes, so you may want to look for a place near this area if you plan on walking to the park.
